Make an appointment with Van Law for personal injury

If you are reading this you are probably in a situation where you need an attorney but have no idea who to go to. I found myself in the same situation in 2018 after being struck by a vehicle while jogging in a cross walk. I had friends give me lots of referrals to different attorneys and even made ...an appointment with a big named firm that runs commercials all the time.Some of the referrals I called were to busy or uncertain about my case . Others told me because of the trauma hospital I went to my case was going to be difficult to resolve. That’s when I started doing my own research and found Sandy Van . She has excellent reviews and I liked the idea of a woman owner who is from Vegas. From the moment I called I was treated well. I made an appointment and spoke to Kim .They gave me great information about my case and presented a plan for me to be treated and get some resolution. I saw some of the top specialist in Vegas through Van Law. Their main concern was addressing my injuries and not rushing me through my treatments. I had no insurance at the time through my work so this was important to me. I had Sandy speak to me a few times throughout my case. The attorney Michael who was working my case had me come in a few times to strategize about my case and he gave consistent feedback on how my case was going. Here is the bottom line- I received excellent treatment and also received a sizable check in the end. This was my first and hopefully my last personal injury case. I am jogging every morning again and was very impressed and happy with this firm and can recommend Sandy Van Law !

I am so glad I chose Van Law Firm!

Bad drivers are everywhere. Good attorneys, are not. I was so lucky to have come across Van Law Firm after my first car accident. I had no idea how much pain I would be in after my accident, and I did not realize how much of a runaround I would be getting while seeking treatment for my injuries. My c...ase manager, Karin, was extremely helpful and made sure I got the information, treatment and relief I needed throughout the entire process. Within days of my first call to Van Law Group, I was set up with a great chiropractor who was close to my home and had hours that fit my schedule. When my conditions hadn't improved, Karin and Sandy made sure any authorizations I needed for special treatment were taken care of immediately. Getting my MRIs and the pain management I needed was no problem at all and taken care of within days of each other. The attention to detail and incredible communication that Van Law Firm provided me, really made me feel like I was in good hands from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend Van Law Firm to anyone that is looking for an attorney that will treat you right and get you on the road to feeling better after an accident.

Keep the good work

I am greatly grateful and thankful with Van Law Firm regarding to my friend Linda Lee's car accident. She is 79 old and doesn't know English too much. She got an accident on August, 2019. The other party gave her the wrong information. She under great stress. Van Law Firm took this difficult case to ...help this pity old lady. After all, she is unable to get any recovery/money even not her fault. We have not met the people in the Van Law Firm face to face. But we know they are not working only for money, Just name a few, Sandy, Victor, Jacob, Samantha and Maria particular spend a lot time try to resolve this case. May blessing upon the people of Van Law Firm.

Highly recommended

I was hit by a rude driver that was arguing it was my fault, just cause I was in Mexican car ( was visiting my family). Metro was able to look at camaras from casino and determined he ran a red light.. Next his insurance wouldnt pay because of my car being Mexican issued, Van Law Firm got them to pay..., it was not easy, but they got the job done... I am extremly happy with NATALY OSORIO, even thou I had to return home to Mexico, she helped me and explained everything to me kept constant communication. Would highly recommend Sandy and her team of lawyers.

Such an amazing team

From the minute I walked in both Sandy and Yesenia told me that they would take care of me. This was all so overwhelming for me. Yesenia my case manager did take care of me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Sandy and her team.
