I HAD JASON ON A CUSTODY/CHILD SUPPORT CASE. I FOUND HIM THROUGH THE LAS VEGAS PRO-BONO PROGRAM. THE FIRST TIME WE MET HE REALLY MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT DID NOT MATTER I WAS A PRO -BONO CASE. JASON TREATED MY CASE LIKE I WAS PAYING OUT OF MY POCKET. HE IS A VERY CONCERNING PERSON AND DID HIS BEST TO KEE...P MY CHILDREN IN MY CUSTODY. WE DID "WIN" I GOT SOLE LEGAL AND SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY OF MY TWINS FROM THEIR FATHER THAT LIVES OUT OF STATE. WE HAD A HORRIBLE JUDGE THAT WAS OBVIOSLY FOR FATHERS. BUT JASON HANDLED THAT AND AS I SAID WE WON. JASON HAS A GREAT SECRETARY ALSO MISSY IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP. THEY BOTH ARE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. Title pretty much says it all. Hired this guy and his team to help with a very complicated divorce involving child abduction. Not only did this guy drop the ball multiple times he frankly would fail to due his job. There were several cases where I actually had to go out and consult as well as hire ot...her attorneys just to convince Jason to do the right proper course of legal action. Once I did this and provided their legal opinion to him. He would then get off his butt and do something. But that something really only amounted to another loss in my case. I also found out that this attorney happens to be good friends with my ex's attorney, when I asked him about this to his face he lied after a little facebook and google research the evidence of the relationship was clear as day and went far beyond just professional. When I tried to leave this guy and hire an attorney that would actually take my calls and respond to me emails in a timely manner (not weeks without a response) I got slapped with a absurdly high bill. Please everyone do yourself a favor and avoid this guy like the plague.

Seeking out an Attorney being from California, is a difficult situation, however, I was referred to Jason Stoffel by our paralegal from Las Vegas-Maggie Strickland....We schedule an appointment and drove into Vegas to meet with him..His office staff is very friendly and informative...Our meeting we ...had with him gave us hope....for our son's custody case...We left the office feeling relaxed and a whole load lifted off our shoulders....We retained Jason and drove back home with our prayers answered in finding a confident and knowledgeable attorney..Jason advised us what we needed to do in California and we did...and that was successful...Our day at court in Las Vegas was approaching and Jason's staff kept up with us and kept us updated with our case....The day of court came and everything that Jason said would happen did!...He did an excellent job in representing our son and defending him from the other attorney....Case was dismissed....can't tell you how happy and content we were that the case was dismissed.....Thank You Jason for the great job!!!!
