With zero experience in today's legal sys...tem, how do you know you're going to be well represented when the outcome is the potential loss of everything you've worked for, along with your freedom? To make matters worse, I needed to find an attorney in a different city from my own. In my first attempt, I thought I was contacting a specific person but ended up connected to a referral service. I got a call back from someone the next day. He was obviously on the run, no time to talk, didn't want any details, didn't have time or desire to meet except for the few minutes before the warrant return hearing, and wanted the standard fee.
