i want to thank Garrett Ogata and his staff for helping me get through a couple very tough DUI charges. One in 2015 after I was falsely charged under very sketchy circumstances. We took it to trial where Garrett totally destroyed a career prosecutor in a dazzling display of court room prowess. The re...sults were an acquittal and being fully exonerated of any charge. More recently I got tangled up in an accident after I stopped for a quick bite to eat ten minutes from home. Had a coffee and what I thought was a small amount of Baileys Irish cream. Apparently enough to put me over the legal limit. This was very serious as someone in the car I rear ended while trying myself to avoid getting rear ended from behind claimed might have been injured. I have an interlock device in my car for a year, which is an accident waiting to happen in itself but well but you can't put a price on freedom.
