Very glad I found Chip Siegel

I had my bachelor party in Vegas and got into a confrontation with a security guard that resulted in getting a citation for misdemeanor battery. The details in the police report were a lot worse, but that was the only thing I was officially charged with. After my first conversation with Chip, I f...elt much better about what to expect. He didn't over promise anything. He just gave me the possible outcomes, and the probable outcomes based on my description of what happened. Between court dates, he was readily available to answer any questions I had, which is important while you have something like this hanging over your head. After the first day of going to court on my behalf, he made a favorable deal with the state to get the case dismissed. As of today, the case is officially dismissed without me ever having to set foot in Nevada since the incident. My advise: Be careful in Vegas, but if you are not careful enough, hire Chip.

Criminal Defense

For someone involved with Las Enforcement for over twenty years I was very unfamiliar with being on the other side of the isle. This was one evening changed my life. I was arrested for Domestic Battery. There were truly extenuating circumstances and things were not what they seemed. Jay Siegel was re...commended to me by a family attorney. From the beginning I expected not to be believed by anyone and treated like a convict. Nothing could be further from the truth. Jay reassured my wife and me that he would work very hard for a positive result in court. I know everyone does that but with Jay he had a plan and strategy. Jay mapped out every step and I truly felt like I was part of the team to clear my name. Jay was able to get a change of venue right off the bat which was essential to the case. After that he was able to negotiate a plea to my case which was not common in this type of case. My charge was reduced to simple battery and was set aside as long as I stayed out of trouble for two years. I just had my one year status check with the court and Jay was able to get the case dismissed completely one year early. My wife and I get our lives back prior to the one evening that changed my life. My recommendation to you who are reading this is STAY OUT OF TROUBLE but if you screw up, make a bad decision or are simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, Jay Siegel will definitely work diligently, efficiently and swiftly for you and your family. Thank You also to Jay’s assistant Connie Church. She was a calming voice in a very chaotic time in my life. God forbid I ever find myself or any member of my family or friends in court, but if that happens, Jay Siegel will be my only call.
