I was told everything was great! As time went on however, I stopped getting info and responses to phone calls. His office set times for depo’s and md appointments without consulting me then would notify me the day before. I was not given any prep and at depo Eric didn’t show up, he sent a new attorn...ey that knew nothing about my case. He virtually forced me to settle my case for nothing because he didn’t want to spend money to hire our experts and pay for depo’s from my doctors. Then he spun this whole case around and blamed everyone but himself and his staff for their negligence of the case.

I want to start by personally thanking Eric Roy for helping us win our child custody case. Our case was long and drawn out but Eric and his great staff were with us the entire time. When we would get discourage at the way the family court was handling our specific case he was always there reassuring ...us that everything was going to go our way and to be patient. I retained him for a child support/custody case. I'm not that happy with the services provided by this law firm. His paralegal Florance is very rude and doesn't have enough experience. She told me I have to get health insurance for my kids even THE JUDGE ORDERED MY EX HUSBAND TO pay for the insurance.... Eric is always busy and his staffs are super rude and act stupid when I call. He also didn't get whatever I wanted in court.
