I had a problem with my apartment complex raising my rent for sewer and trash after I had resigned my lease and had been enforced over a month when the complex decided to add more rent to my current rent. I researched the NRS Statues and found once a contract is signed and in place it cant be changed... by either the management or tenant. I tried on several occasions to resolve this situation with my management, but they wouldnt listen and forced me to pay the extra fee. Keith Pickard is extremely knowledgeable in child custody in Clark County, Nevada. I needed someone who knew what to do in a high conflict custody case. I can firmly state I am extremely pleased with his ability.
