Felony DUI Case

I hired Michelle for a accident I was in involving a DUI. I was initially charged with several felonies, Criminal Damage. Reckless Endangerment, as well as the extreme DUI. I was scared to death and facing a possible 5 years in prison!! No one was hurt in my accident and I was overcharged and Michell...e work very hard to make that clear to the court and the prosecutor. The entire firm is personable and professional. I was always keep in the loop and although I could be a pain, they explained everything to me and kept my mind at easy the best it could be. Michelle understood my fear and concern and treated me with dignity and compassion. My end result was better than I could've imagined. NO FELONIES, lowered to a regular DUI. My probation was lessoned on the day of sentencing from 3 years supervised to 18 months. I couldn't of been more pleased with the outcome and the great job Michelle did for me in my case and I highly recommend her and the entire Nessi and St. Louis Law Firm.

Kept me calm......

Not guilty! Highly recommend Michelle!

Two years ago I was charged with both a DUI and BAC over 0.08. I felt that I was charged unfairly but with evidence such as a breath test against me, I thought there was no way out of this situation. I am so glad that I chose Michelle for my case. She immediately got to work and believed in my defens...e as much as I did if not more. I knew right away that I had made the right decision hiring Michelle as she was very knowledgeable, professional and clearly experienced with defending charges such as mine. Michelle handled everything for me, kept me informed during each step and after two years of hard and dedicated work, the next step was a jury trial and I was found NOT GUILTY on both charges! Michelle was able to prove how my breath results did not add up with the rest of my behavior (good driving, passing one leg stand test) and was able to show the flaws with breathalyzers along with expert witness, Mr. Flaxmayer. I am so happy with the outcome of my case and could not be more grateful. I highly recommend Michelle for anyone in need of DUI legal help.
