The absolute best of the best

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Michelle Behan and every person on her law team. Michelle was extremely kind and helpful through every step, and everyone on her team showed the exact care and dedication that she does. Going through this period was easily the worst moment of my life, bu...t Michelle fought extremely hard for me, and always gave me her full 100%. It also helps that they are affordable, and offer payment plans to those who need them, like myself. I honestly can’t rave enough about Michelle, she’s truly an outstanding lawyer.

Michelle Behan is a breath of fresh air in these strange times

I am a retired Canadian police officer who is a snowbird. I had the misfortune of having a sociopathic neighbour set his sites on me. He accused me of assaulting him without witnesses of course. His story was embellished and believed by the police. Arizona laws and the justice system is very differen...t and I was confused by the process. By an extremely lucky fluke of luck, my spouse saw Michele Behan online and we made that phone call. I was immediately put at ease and was able to zoom with her not long after. I cannot say enough about how impressed and grateful I am to Michelle and her team. Their compassion and professionalism was what I needed during this difficult time. Michele worked with me to review all the evidence and was able to get this false allegation dismissed. During this process Michelle was always very informative and supportive. Plus her fees were extremely fair which was a huge concern. I am eternally grateful for everything she has done!

Dont look any further...... Michelle and her Team are simply AMAZING!!!

I found Michelle after interviewing a few attorney's and I knew instantly that I wanted her to represent me. She was straight forward just like I asked her to be. I was sick with worry and absolutely terrified. I had never been in trouble with the law before. The waiting is the worst part however ...Michelle was good at putting me at ease through out the process. If I needed to speak with her I could reach her etc... I have used Michelle 2 times and both times she has worked miracles. Honestly I would not choose anyone else to represent a DUI case in any form. Plus she does much more....

They did an amazing job for me!

I was terrified when I got arrested for a DUI. I took a chance and called on a Saturday and left a message. Within 10 minutes I was called by Michelle. After we spoke I felt much better. They got my case dismissed soon after. I can't thank them enough!

DV Case Dismissed

I am in the military and intentionally sought out an attorney that could understand the additional issues a service member experiences on top of the normal problems when going through a terrible experience with an arrest and the courts. Michelle and her team worked with me for over a year to resolve ...my case, which resulted in a dismissal. She kept me informed at all times, remained honest throughout the process, and provided me tips that helped convince the prosecutor to drop all three of the charges. I could not have been happier on the outcome. I sincerely felt Ms. Behan fought for my rights every step of the way and always maintained my best interests, especially when it seemed the prosecutor, the local law enforcement, and the military would not allow me a voice in my defense. At times, I nearly gave up and offered a plea in order to "make it go away," but Ms. Behan believed fiercely in my innocence and wouldn't let me put myself or my case in further jeopardy. Ms. Behan and her team are a top notch defense team that do not quit until their client receives the best defense possible. Amazing work!
