Represented us during sale of business

Doug represented us during the sale of our business to a new owner. Doug was extremely thorough and made himself available to us at all times. He replied to emails quickly (sometimes almost immediately) and made sure we fully understood all the details of the sale process. Doug is a great attorney..., an all around great person, and full of integrity! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney!

Quick response

Mr. Newborn contacted me via NOLO press and offered concise and honest advice concerning my brother's recent passing and my concerns for his son's welfare. He appears to be well versed in Arizona law and was both sympathetic and thorough in his counsel.
