We paid $2000.00 and went thru weeks of digging up old creditors (who now harass us again after being left alone for so long) only to be told right before he was going to file that we didn't qualify for Chapter 7 (via email no less). We were so upset because that was our FIRST question during our con...sultation - I told him we had taken the means test online and it appeared as though we made too much. He assured us that he could get us thru the process with no problem. He kept $500.00 of our money and we feel like we were totally taken advantage of. He is the one who is supposed to know the law and we trusted him. He apparently is not very experienced in this type of law. I would NOT recommend using him for bankruptcy.
