There were several steps of the court process before we got to a win! And Derek kept me informed all along the way. I didn't have to go to any of the court hearings or process paperwork until the last court for a final judgement. The options at this point were driving school or plead guilty. Derek ha...d a conflict in his schedule so a different attorney actually came with me to court. I was a little uneasy about it because I hadn't met or talked to the new attorney and wasn't sure if he knew all the details. But David Goldberg came through! He asked me some additional questions about my job and background and I think that ended up helping me get off with driving school and 15 hours of community service. This was a crazy twist... A friend of mind was driving and went she hit another car low speed she got out and the car started rolling backwards.
