First off ,when an Arizona case come up abd was not going to just be ignored, I began searching for an Attorney that in my opinion was going to prove very challenging. I put in the call and within 20 minutes had him on the line and thinking this guy first knew the Law,second also how to practice law in the courtroom. He gave 2 scenarios . Both acceptable if that was the outcomes. After 1st appearance got the call a day after wirh an offer that was in my mind ,,, not even in possible this guy can get that done. Tell you what he did and he was a cannabis case involving seizure of currency in excess and trafficking of cannabis. Charged with interstates money laundering an cannabis felony. I agreed to a deal that dropping the money laundering and cannabis trafficking. I PKEAD TO 1 COUNT misdemeanor cannabis possession. A fine and 10 days in county. Derek is a guy who knows laws from public service side to attorney side. He's up front honest and very personable. He cares .
