My consultation with Ms. Matheson was very pleasant. She really listened as I told her what had occurred and was writing as fast as I talked. I was prepared with pertinent documents and she made copies of the ones that would be helpful. Her suggestions as to the items to be negotiated surprised me..., but were definitely the correct ones. She also stated that the employer could just say no or void the original agreement. It was my choice to retain her services to prepare a demand letter.
