Also then to pay off all marital community debts.If anything else I gifted the remaining to my soon to be ex for start up cash. His expertise and understanding of the law applied to our situation was crystal clear. The consent decree came back after the waiting period with signed by the Judge and finalized. The nightmare was over. Now it was time to get away,and heal. That's where I am now. Picking myself up rapidly and getting back into the life I used to enjoy before a conditional marriage destroyed it. Mr. Singer handled my child custody issues with my ex.-wife. Right off the bat, he was very professional, friendly and blunt about what a realistic outcome of my case would be. At no point did he try to sell me on anything, and explained the pros and cons of each action along the way. He even coached... me on how to do certain things myself, as he would often say he'd hate to charge me for something that I could easily do.
