Transactional Legal Services for a Business

His professionalism and responsiveness helps to advance the mission and avoids course deviations that can easily occur during these emotionally charged situations. Keith's knowledge of the law and business is impressive and he is capable of pointing out the errors of even the most seasoned opposing counsel without offending. In the end his approach achieves the desired result. Although the success of his practice results in numerous clients, he treats each of us as though we are first and foremost in his mind. The best of times the worst of times

Galbut & Galbut and in particular Keith have handled my professional affairs for over seven years and counting. The best of times have involved the formation a new company, addition of investors, the challenges of large contracts and 50-100% year over year growth. Keith and his team handled all o...f that professionally and with a great deal of expertise taking burdens off of me so I could focus on growing my business. The worst of times saw a complete collapse of our market sector, near bank failures with the bank servicing our company, and several large payments on projects compromised because of the market collapse. It was only at that time that I found where Galbut and Galbut would shine. They lived the process with me as if they owned a large stake in my business and the outcome. To measure if Keith and his team were effective would be a real challenge. It’s easy to say only a complete win on all fronts constitutes victory. Honestly measuring on what constitutes a win became a paramount issue for us. With the real estate market collapse here in the valley, truisms were only good a days before new realities began to take hold. The team supporting me was one step ahead of the market and collectively “we” knew what needed to be done at or ahead of most of our competitors and that gave us real tactical advantages. Further, the emotion and frustration of those challenges were difficult to ignore. Keith could see that and his approach was always measured and insured that we were in the best place to respond to any next step possibility. Keith understands the emotion of the moment but doesn’t let that cloud good judgment, for me it made it worth every dollar I spend with his team. Before breaking out on my own I was a corporate Vice President for a 12 Billion dollar multinational company, I had access to a large and skilled legal team. I’d happily take my best shot with Keith and his team against any legal team I’ve dealt with in my 30 years doing business. Keith still works with us today and his team continues grow. He has become my most trusted business advisor, I no longer consider him my attorney but rather a business planning resource that can step in as needed when I need effective representation. I’m absolutely confident in recommending Galbut & Galbut and Keith in particular. If you need a principled, effective and top tier legal team to support you, don’t hesitate at all to hire them, I would!!!
