Brian Foutz has represented me on several occasions. The first time by sheer luck. The second by reference once I had seen this incredible lawyer in action. I have had tremendous faith in his perspective and actions taken in my major cases. This attorney took on my case as I was going through the “becoming an adult” transition , and it was the worst time of my life henceforth why I needed him to represent me. He was the only person who made me feel safe and seen during this period and that’s literally all you can ask for in a court room.... He simplified everything I needed to know which allowed me to not have to stress and feel lost in legalities. He has got to be one of the easiest attorney’s to work with, converse with and feel assured by. This man is a professional angel and will get the job done whilst making a work load look easy. I would absolutely recommend.

Mr. Foutz was hard to get a hold of. There was a period of approximately two weeks where I was unable to reach him. My emails and phones were not returned during this time. It is my opinion that Mr. Foutz needs more experience in dealing with Family Court matters. My questions were not answered... and when dealing with the defendant's attorney I did all the talking while Mr. Foutz sat there and did not offer any input. There was never any feedback or recommendations. I did not feel as if I was being represented by an attorney. In my opinion ,I paid a lot of money to have someone fill out forms and that's about it. I would not recommend Mr. Foutz.
