We knew we were at a place in our lives where a new will and creating a trust were essential, now that our children are grown and grandchildren are a part of our family (including one with special needs). We felt a little overwhelmed by what that process might mean -- but from the start Nicole put us... at ease about what was involved. She was very responsive every step of the way as we gathered up the necessary info and made decisions, sometimes even answering my emails within minutes on a weekend (totally not expected!). She also very kindly nudged us along when we needed to be nudged to get things completed. Some family property back in the Midwest was part of the picture that needed to be included in the trust and Nicole jumped right in and took the necessary steps to deal with that, communicating directly with our family's attorney there.
