Law firm was hired and paid $3200 to file bankruptcy case. Took over a year and a half for his firm to file bankruptcy case. Case outcome would have been different if the lawyer and his firm would have done their duty and job when they were retained. Lawyer dragged their feet and never filed their cl...ient’s case within a reasonable timeframe. Made excuses for lack of communication and placed blame on their client for losing assets to the bankruptcy trustee. Threatened to drop their client for their law firm’s negligence, lack of legal representation and lack of communication. I would recommend you find a different lawyer and firm to represent you. Bankruptcy is a very complicated case and communication is the number one strategy to resolve your financial hardship. Clearly, this lawyer takes on too many cases and doesn’t have the right staffing or case management system in place to help streamline his firm’s cases for the benefit of his clients. RUN! Do not use this lawyer or his firm.

I provided $1,050 in advance for chapter 13 filing. No filing took place. Now I'm laid off and in dire straits and I'm being told a refund (if any !) would be take 30 days at which time a 'final accounting and refund would be sent to me. In addition new client paperwork was sent by email several time...s which I could not open the .pdf. I should not be charged for these. The second USPS attempt was finally received and usable. If they are anxious to demand funds up front and slow to return my money
