After contacting a few attorneys who wanted to charge outrageous fees without an explanation, meeting with Phillips and Associates (can you say cold impersonal factory?) and other (many) attorneys who did not even return my phone call, I had just happened to come across Diane's website. I had found ...that after just half hour, I knew more about the process than all the time I spent with other attorneys COMBINED. To my surprise, when I called, Diane answered the phone herself and was VERY patient in helping me with my questions from the start. Bankruptcy is NOT for the faint of heart, is it a lot of homework, a lot of hard work, but Diane was with me through every step of the way, and answered every question that I could even think of. Unfortunately there are a lot of people going through hard times, but luckily there is an attorney like Diane to help those in need. She honestly saved my sanity and COMPLETELY took the stigma off bankruptcy, unlike other attorneys who feed on your fears and use them against you.

Ms. Drain handled our Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. She was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She never made us feel like second class citizens. To the contrary she made us feel at ease and explained that the law was written for situations like ours.
