Great Lawyer

I was charged with an Extreme DUI several months back. All of the court dates, classes, MVD requirements, along with everything else seemed overwhelming at first. Luckily, I found Aaron Black online. He advised me through the entire process. He went to all my initial court appearances for me (you are... welcome to go with him if you'd like though). This was good for me because it meant I didn't need to miss work or school to attend. He answered all my questions very promptly, whether it was through email or phone. And he was always very straight forward with his answers. Not trying to sugar coat anything. He explained the risks if I chose to take it to trial. And asked what would be an acceptable plea deal for me if I decided to take one. For me, it was most important to get the lowest possible charge I could and I told Aaron this. And that is exactly what he focused on. He got the Extreme DUI knocked down to a regular DUI (impaired to the slightest degree). He also got my jail time reduced by half. With an extreme DUI you have to do a minimum of 30 days, but he got that down to 15 days, with all but the first 24 hour period, either on work release or home detention, so I was still able to go to school and work without any interruption to my schedule. The plea he negotiated also saved me at least 1500 dollars in overall fees. I would highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone who recently received a DUI. He definitely gave me some peace of mind during the very stressful process. And more importantly, he got the charges and jail time reduced significantly. Thanks again Aaron.

Excellent Lawyer!

When I was charged with an Extreme DUI, I knew I needed real assistance. Since I've never had a speeding ticket at 40 years old, I was terrified of the process I was about to face. After doing lots of research, Aaron by far seemed to have the best overall results. After a brief over the phone con...versation, I knew I wanted to hire him. He spelled out, in very basic and direct language, how the process works and what exact actions he was going to take. He kept me informed in detail of every step along the way. No promises were ever made and no false information was ever given. After many court dates, I only had to appear at the last one, all of the issues were addressed. What could have been 45 days in jail, I was ordered 2 days only at my choosing! The entire process was scary but because Aaron did all the work, the entire event was made bearable. Hire Aaron!

Thank you Aaron Black!

Aaron Black represented me on two separate charges, a DUI and an assault. I had warrants on both charges, before hiring Mr. Black. Both warrants were quashed, and court dates were set. Mr. Black gave me all information required for the DUI, including suggestions for classes and reliable interlock ...service. The DUI was set in order and the assault was reduced to a disorderly conduct ultimately keeping a violent offense off my record. Aaron Black never failed to remind me of court dates, keep me informed about the standings of both cases, and was always available if I had any concerns. He helped me tremendously on both charges, and I never spent a day in jail. I would highly recommend Mr. Black for anyone needing excellent criminal defense! Thank you Aaron Black!

Super Extreme down to normal DUI

I found Aaron on this website after being charged with Super Extreme DUI. Needless to say I was in a very bad position to start out with. After reading the reviews here I called Aaron and set up a meeting. Right from the start I knew he was going to be able to help me through this ordeal. Having a p...revious DUI from 1999 I was expecting the worse . Aaron reviewed the facts and did his research, even when the arresting Officer would not provide needed documents and interviews . Aaron keep pushing for justice and fair treatment . My work is done mainly outside of the USA and when in a situation like this you can not leave the state. Aaron helped me obtain a condition to my release that allowed me to travel and continue working through this most difficult time in my life. He also prepared me for the realty of what was ahead and did not promise anything that might or might not occur. Once the State has you in the system it can be a long drawn out process. Mine became a long drawn out process with me heading home from 12 time zones away to make court dates. Aaron was there with me every time in a cheerful and positive mood. Ready to help with a legal issues came along and they did . They were taken care asap and correctly. Aaron uses modern tech tools to stay in touch. Email , text , smart phone so I was able to have contact when half way around the world. He will keep you updated with your case and help you finish up the MVD headaches that are sure to follow. This aspect is as important as all the court stuff. In the end, I was treated fairly by the courts . Excellent by Aaron during my case. Went from a Super Extreme down to normal DUI . This saved me time, money , headache and worries. If you find your self in a similar situation , don't waste time and money paying big DUI advertising firms . Why choose Aaron Black? I'll tell you why I did

I was pulled over for a DUI in September of 2013, having never been in trouble with anyone besides my parents I was overwhelmed. In addition to being freaked out about being arrested for the first time I am also a nurse and was extremely worried about the ramifications a DUI arrest could have on my l...icense. Initially I spoke with friends who have experienced similar circumstances and received all types of advice hire an attorney, don't hire an attorney, just take the public defender..... Well I decided I needed an attorney to guide me through this most difficult process, only problem was I didn't know any attorneys. So I did some research and read some reviews, I even contacted a few. After speaking with the first few attorneys I spoke with Aaron, his office is close to my house so he suggested I come meet with him that afternoon. My court date was rapidly approaching, as was my deadline to report myself to the Board of Nursing, I was feeling very overwhelmed obviously! Well after that initial meeting with Aaron I realized that, while my situation was obviously one I would like to avoid in the future, everything was going to be alright. He certainly never made any promises in regard to how my case would end up being resolved but he did promise to be there every step of the way, to answer all my questions, to walk me through the necessary steps to fulfill any obligations that I would be required to complete, and to fight for the best possible outcome for my case. Well I can say he delivered on all those promises! Not once did I have to figure anything out on my own, nor did I have a question that went unanswered, or waited for one of my many questions to be answered in a timely manner (even during holidays). Simply put when Aaron is defending you during this horrible time you feel at ease. Besides being a phenomenal criminal attorney he was also able to represent me at the Board of Nursing which the other attorneys I interviewed weren't able or willing to do.
