Trust me you need to hire Aaron

I was referred to Aaron by one of his previous clients. When I was first arrested, I made the costly mistake of panicking and hiring a different lawyer without doing research and was venting to a friend about how awful my experience was. My friend had gotten a DUI and said his lawyer Aaron was able t...o reduce his charges and resolve his case swiftly so I decided to give him a call. Aaron was very straightforward with me and explained a few different possibilities of how my case could play out. Once I hired him we had an in-person meeting so I could fully catch him up on all the details of my case. He got my warrant quashed immediately, interviewed the prosecutor and my arresting officer, sent me the fully body cam footage from my arrest, and had me signed up for court mandated classes within a month of hiring him. The lawyer I previously hired never did any of these things even after a year of working with her. I felt like my money was completely stolen from me and I was in a worse legal situation than when I started (found out there was a warrant for my arrest because my previous lawyer did not inform me of my court date). Aaron eased my nerves and made me feel like I could trust him to fight my case as diligently as he would for a friend or family member. The prosecutor informed him that they were not willing to negotiate my charge despite my rights being violated by the police offer and I either had to take the DUI or have a trial. I was devastated and informed Aaron I was financially exhausted and could not come up with money for trial. I don't know what he did but a few days later he was able to get the prosecutor to change his mind and drop my DUI to a reckless driving. I was so relieved and grateful that he was able to make this happen. I was able to completely avoid a license suspension and do not have to install an interlock in my car. Aaron also explained my financial hardship to the judge and got her to waive the $700 jail fee (1 night in jail was part of my plea agreement). If I wasn't already struggling so much from this financially I would have absolutely trusted Aaron to take my case to trial. He is extremely knowledgeable about Arizona DUI laws specifically and has enough experience to know how certain situations are likely to play out. Do yourself a favor and hire him, he will make one of the worst experiences of your life a little less scary and will do his best to get you the least damaging outcome.

Great Experience, Highly Recommended

If you're looking for a DUI attorney, I can't recommend Aaron Black enough. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first DUI, so I've worked with a few DUI lawyers over the years. Aaron was by far the best I've had. From our first conversation, he was straightforward and honest. He didn't tell me what I wa...nted to hear—he told me what I needed to hear. He laid out every option, explained the likely outcomes based on the facts of my case, and gave me the information I needed to make the right decisions. There were no surprises because he prepared me for how everything would likely play out. Throughout the process, Aaron kept my case moving and worked hard to keep the outcome to the minimum possible under the circumstances. When I wasn't available, he stayed in communication with my family so they always knew what was going on, which meant a lot to all of us. By the time sentencing came around, I felt prepared instead of anxious because Aaron had already helped me get everything in place to put me in the best position for success. Having someone who genuinely cares about his clients and takes the time to guide them through one of the hardest times in their lives makes all the difference. I hope I never need another DUI attorney, but if I did, Aaron Black would be my first call. He's an outstanding lawyer, a good person, and someone I would recommend without hesitation.

Helpful, kind, and efficient representation during a difficult time.

My husband got a DUI when we least expected that it would happen, as I am sure is the case for many of you. We were in shock and didn't know what to do so we turned to the internet for answers. We found Aaron by searching for best DUI attorneys in Phoenix, Arizona. He appeared in Reddit threads as an... amazing attorney and is also highly rated on Google. Starting the day we called him, from his website number, we had very straightforward conversations with him. He laid everything out we could make the right choices, and really told us how this would all play out based on the facts. He was willing to jump on our case right away despite being out of town, and he answered our call on the weekend. In the end, Aaron got my husband's case reduced to a regular extreme DUI despite being a super extreme DUI with an accident. He originally had five misdemeanors charged against him and Aaron negotiated a reduction to one misdemeanor. His jail time was reduced from 45 days to 2 days jail (1 overnight stay from 9pm - 9am) and 7 days of in-home detention with a continuous alcohol ankle monitor. We left the courthouse, the day we accepted the plea, with my husband's total fines reduced by almost $1800. The requirement for the interlock device was additionally reduced to 12 months from 18 months. Overall, Aaron was extremely prompt, helpful, and professional. At court, he convinced the judge to waive all jail fees which was an unexpected surprise, and he was always available to answer our questions. I would not have been able to function with the anxiety and fear I had around this whole process without Aaron's calm, steady reassurance and help at all times of day and night. Hire Aaron if you're looking for help the right way with a DUI charge.

Best DUI Lawyer!

Highly, Highly Recommend Aaron Black! He was able to reduce my Extreme DUI with an accident down to a Regular DUI…30 days in jail reduced to 1 night, fines reduce by $1000, negotiated my jail cost down $500.
