From super extreme DUI to a regular DUI. This guy is the best!

Aaron Black is the best attorney! I am so thankful having him on my side! Reduced from super extremely DUI to a regular DUI. I don't think there are many attorneys would be able to do what Aaron does. Before I found Aaron, I went to few other attorneys. After some discussions with them, I decided... to keep looking. I was trying to find the best one. The day I met Aaron, I knew he is the attorney I have been looking for and I fully trust this guy since day one. My blood test is 0.23% as a super extreme DUI, me and Aaron both know how hard this case would be. He worked very hard on my case even though he had probably 50 other cases to handle at that time. He always being very patient and reply every single question from me so clearly. I am not a U.S citizen and not a native English speaker, Aaron always trying his best to make sure I understand everything. He has been extremely friendly to me and I feel that he actually cares about his clients After the first trial, Aaron helped me to reduce the level from super extreme to regular extreme. I was already happy and I think most people would go with this result. But Aaron wanted to keep fighting my case and see if we can get a better deal. I thought it would be impossible but if my attorney wants to give a try, why not! After few weeks, Aaron told me he got it down to a regular DUI. I didn't believe my ears and I never thought I can get this result! Aaron Black did it! He saved me thousands of dollars and minimized jail time, interlocker device time and a lot more! Trust me, Aaron is the best attorney. He will be thankful if you have Aaron on your side. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!!! Thanks again Aaron, you are my hero!

Your Search is Over

If you are in need of DUI/ Criminal defense attorney, your search is over. Having dealt with two other attorneys prior to hiring Aaron Black, I can tell you he is excellent. He handled two separate cases for my son and was able to get the most serious charge reduced significantly. Calls, E-mails, ...or messages were always responded to, usually within a few hours, which was a nice surprise. It is unusual to find an attorney that can give you excellent legal advise, fight for you, and give you such personalized service. Worth every penny.

Outstanding, informative, accessible, knowledgable, hard working attorney. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I was recently charged with a public intoxication and pubic nuisance and was new to Arizona and had no idea which attorney to try and work with. Aaron was the first name I came across (due to his outstanding ratings and reviews) and I was more then just satisfied. Aaron was amazing to work with and a...lways made sure I was comfortable and completely informed on everything that was going on. He always responded very quickly no matter what hour of the day whether it was through phone, text or email he was very accessible and that was a great trait. Aaron always consistently followed up with me throughout the process to make sure everything was OK. We ended up getting diversion, which ultimately could have saved my career and I cannot thank Aaron and his hard work enough. He made the process as smooth as it possibly could and made sure I was aware of EVERYTHING. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone seeking an attorney, he is extremely professional, readily accessible and is honest and hard working. Super Extreme DUI plead to an Extreme DUI

I was arrested for a Super Extreme DUI after a single vehicle accident, and I thank God no one was injured. I was processed and released, and preliminary BAC indicated was a .170. I later learned that my BAC was over .20 making it a Super Extreme DUI, I was facing enhanced jail term and hefty fines. ... I had never experienced anything like this before in my life. The following day was the worst, my car was wrecked and I was going to jail. Knowing that I could not properly defend myself in court, I began looking for an attorney. I found two attorneys that had very good reviews on the internet, and scheduled my first free consultation. I walked into a very plush looking office and saw three females I believed to be paralegals. My consultation was scheduled at a certain time and I arrived 15 minutes early. I walked into the conference room sat down and looked at the paperwork that was handed to me to fill out. Upon reading the documents, I noticed the free consultation was for 15 minutes, and anything over 15 minutes I would be charged 250.00 dollars. So I waited for the attorney, the appointment time came and went and I waited another 15 minutes, and still no attorney. So I changed my mind about this attorney and left the office. I called Attorney Aaron Black after leaving, and scheduled an appointment with him the following day. I walked into his office, and I felt as If I'd known him for a long time as he made my wife and I feel very comfortable. I sat down and discussed my case with Mr. Black and he assured me he would do everything he could to help me on my case, and that he did. Mr. Black was always available for my telephone calls and promptly returned my email or text messages. Mr. Black kept me informed on the case status, and was always well prepared in answering all of my questions via text and email. Mr. Black advised me to get the alcohol screening done, and I'm glad I did as many others had their screening done after their time in jail. Mr. Black was able to drop the Super Extreme DUI to a Extreme DUI, saving me jail time and court fines. I feel that Mr. Black not only provided me with outstanding and professional service, and feel that I've gained a friend. So if you ever need a professional and competent criminal Attorney hire Aaron Black, he's the best... My court case is now over, and Mr. Black asked me to contact him if I had any other issues or questions. He's assisted me with MVD, and told me he would continue to answer any questions I may have and would continue to assist me with MVD. Mr. Black has gone the extra mile for me. Don't Look Any Further...Hire Aaron Black!

Having never been in trouble with the law before, I found myself to be completely terrified and distraught when I was pulled over and arrested for DUI and consequently charged with an Extreme DUI. At the time I didn’t realize what severe consequences this would bring to me until I went onto the inte...rnet to do some research and found that I would have to serve significant jail time, as well as pay large fines and have an ignition interlock installed on my car for 1 year plus other possible penalties. I immediately made the decision to hire an attorney, so I spent the entire weekend thereafter researching criminal defense/DUI attorney’s online. Luckily through AVVO, I found Aaron Black. I was extremely impressed with all of the positive reviews written about Aaron and not just because of the fact that he had an excellent track record of helping people to get reductions in charges, but because of his positive attitude, his availability and his communication. I would have to say that this was the best possible decision I could have made and I would recommend Aaron to represent anyone who finds themselves in a situation such as I did. Aaron returned my call within five minutes of me first reaching out to him and even offered to meet with me on New Year’s Day. Upon meeting him, he was extremely pleasant and professional. He had information prepared for me and laid out the most likely outcome in my case being very direct and honest. He never once pressured me into hiring him, though I decided to hire him on the spot. From the moment he took my case, he took a huge burden off my shoulders by representing me at all court appearances, as well as my MVD hearing. This was extremely helpful as I never had to take any time off of work until the day of my trial. He remained in constant communication any time there was any news. He responded immediately to texts and emails and never once gave me any false hopes. He recommended I do my alcohol screening well in advance, which helped me to avoid having to get SR22 insurance when I pled guilty at the MVD. I even completed all 36 hours of alcohol classes prior to my trial. Despite Aaron trying to negotiate my charges down to a regular DUI, the prosecutor did not offer me a plea agreement. Aaron recommended we take the case to trial as we did have a defense. He recommended and hired an excellent criminalist to help him make the argument and review all my records. He came to trial thoroughly prepared, having interviewed everyone involved in the case. He was extremely likeable in court to the jury and the judge and his skill in the courtroom far surpassed the prosecutor. He discussed with me all the possible outcomes of the case and together we decided to admit to the lesser charge in order to build credibility. The outcome was that I was found not guilty of Extreme DUI. We still have to go to sentencing, but the likelihood is that I’ll only have to spend one day in tent city rather than 9 unless Aaron is able to negotiate time served since I spent a few hours in the local jail after my arrest. After this, I’ll only have to attend Traffic Survival School, install an interlock for 6 months and begin to move on with my life. If you ever find yourself in this situation, I would strongly recommend you hire Aaron Black as your attorney.
