A DUI Lawyer that knows the in and outs of the process

Aaaron was the right lawyer for me. I had just moved to AZ and got pulled over for an Super extreme DUI, and had no idea what to do. After meeting with him for a free consultation he made it clear that he was different from the other guys who were just there for the paycheck. He was available wheneve...r i needed him and kept me in the loop about what was happening in the case the entire time. He got my charge reduced from super extreme to extreme. Also, my fines were significantly reduced saving me a lot of money and reduced jail time. In regards to the jail time he flustered the judge in the wording of the matter from 48 hours to 2 days to give me a chance at very little jail time. His knowledge of the law and sub sections of the law were very impressive. In the courtroom he remained calm which kept me calm and that is huge in a legal matter. I was very pleased with his services. If you are in need of a DUI lawyer in AZ there is only one choice Aaron Black.

I chose Black and I would definitely go back

I was charged with a dui about 2 years ago. Aaron was suggested to me by my dad who knew Aaron's father. My experience could not have been more positive, and that says a lot, especially when dealing with a court system like the one in the great city of Mesa. Along with being a very knowledgeable lawy...er, Aaron was responsive, took calls and answered messages and emails quickly. He kept me informed all the way through the case, even after it was refiled a year later. Then he was able to get the paraphernalia charge dismissed and the case reduced because he's just that awesome. I felt like he really had my best interests in mind.

If you are looking for DUI representation, call Aaron first

I woke up to my friend telling me I'd driven drunk and that I was witnessed and arrested. My court date was in a month. I'd never been in legal trouble before outside of a speeding ticket, and was at a complete loss. After the initial meeting with Aaron, I was sold. He took our accounts of that n...ight's events, explained what the procedures would be and the options I had. He wasn't pushy, simply informative and personable. I was very skeptical about whether there was any chance of lowering my sentence from a Super Extreme with so much against me. Aaron combed through the evidence and well as interviewed each officer involved; his diligence and hard work produced fantastic results. My charges were lowered to a regular Extreme. As his client I was notified of the requirements and deadlines concerning each court date. If I ever had a question, I could shoot him a text and usually within minutes I had an answer. And I was never left in the dark. I would recommend Aaron to anyone facing DUI charges. He makes the convolution manageable and shows true dedication to the needs of his clients.

KNOWLEDGABLE, RESPONSIVE, DEDICATED doesn't even begin to describe my experience with Mr.Black

I had gotten in an accident and was waiting to be charged with a super extreme DUI in the worst place (Scottsdale). Aaron was the few down on the list of lawyers I called before I was even charged, the others I called didn't even return my phone call, Aaron answered his cell phone the first time and... was beyond helpful, he instructed me on things I could do before I was even charged and really lighten my mental load knowing he was on my side. We went through numerous court appearances with Aaron fighting all the way, from questioning my BAC procedures to an eventual regular extreme DUI plea agreement. My sentence was extremely light comparatively to others I met with the same charges I had but didn't have Aaron representing them. (not smart for them). Aaron was always available and always returned my calls in a flash if he couldn't answer the phone and still continues to work for me as I get my "stuff" completed. Honestly I hope I never have to reach out to Aaron again but this should be a "No Brainer" phone call to make should you need the best lawyer around... Thanks Aaron for everything.

Fantastic Attorney!

Aaron will represent you at the highest level. It's his passion and motivation to succeed that will ensure he will give you the best defense regardless of what your case is. From his follow up, meetings, and work in trial, it's clear he goes up to bat for you with preparation he puts into it regardle...ss of the time - which makes you believe you are doing the absolute best you can do to defend you case!
