Honest, Straightforward, and Attentive

Aaron worked to have both my charges, a DUI (under 21) and a DUI (slightest degree), reduced and as a result, both were dismissed. He kept me out of jail, helped me keep my car and my license, and helped me to better understand how to deal with any future encounters with police officers regarding wha...t they can and can't do without my consent. Aaron's availability to meet in person and his mobile responsiveness made handling this case a lot easier than I initially imagined. I'm glad that I chose him as my defending attorney, especially because he took the time to understand my current situation in life and worked to keep me from losing my ability to achieve my career goals in the future.

Professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful

I am so glad I chose Aaron as my attorney- I actually found him on Avvo myself. I got charged with an extreme DUI and decided to hire an attorney because I was also involved in an accident. The DUI charge was pretty cut and dry, but the accident part of my case turned out to be a nightmare full of ...insurance miscommunication and unreasonable restitution requests. Regardless of these extra unforeseen circumstances, Aaron was ALWAYS available, argued my restituion, kept my sentencing to a minimum, and attended every court appearance with me. He completely understands that even good people make bad decisions and did everything he could to help- I'm so glad I found him!

This is the lawyer to hire.

If you are dealing with a DUI Aaron Black is the lawyer I would recommend. This was a highly stressful and difficult time as you can imagine and having Aaron on my side made the situation a little easier to handle. He is very knowledgable in this area and explained to me what to expect. He is readi...ly available if you have any questions and stays on top of your case. Aaron was even able to reduce my sentence which was a definite plus especially since the judge initially questioned the decision. There were a couple of hiccups with the DMV that he quickly fixed. I am so glad that I made the choice to hire Aaron Black as my lawyer during this difficult time and if I had to go back and do it over I would hire him again.

Aaron Black, Thank you for my expert defense in my DUI nightmare...

I never thought this could happen to me, but it did. Nobody plans to get a DUI, but when I did, i knew I needed only the best defense possible. Aaron Black represented me in my case and explained everything thoroughly to me from the beginning. He doesn't sugar coat anything, and tells it like it... is and what the possible outcome can be. I know he worked hard to get my best result and appreciate everything he did. You are never left wondering what is going on, and I appreciate that he was always available every time I called him. In my opinion he is the best.

Excellent Legal Advice

Aaron Black was an excellent lawyer. It definitely felt great knowing someone was in my corner. He was able to keep a conviction off my record and always responded very quickly to my questions and concerns, even after court was over with. He was able to answer all my questions and I felt very well in...formed of my case. He spoke to the prosecutor and was able to get me back on my diversion program, and wrapped up the case much quicker than I anticipated. He also had a backup plan ready in case it hadn't gone so smoothly, and I appreciate his preparedness for that. I also appreciate his ability to reassure me that I wouldn't go to jail due to my charges and speak honestly about his concerns and how he planned to deal with them. When I told him my own concerns he was able to offer knowledge that showed I shouldn't be worried. Highly recommended!
