Excellent Attorney - I Highly Recommend!!

When I needed an attorney I had a friend recommend Aaron. My friend's words were “Call Aaron, he will take care of you.” and that's exactly what Aaron did. He was there from the day I was arrested with no active charges, answered every question I had promptly, and is still there for me even after cou...rt. My BAC was .17, I was facing an extreme DUI but Aaron was able to reduce it to a regular DUI. He found issues with my blood being tested and HGN eye test results not being consistent with the BAC. Jail time was reduced from 30 days to 1 day, home detention was reduced from 7 days to 4 days, my fines were reduced from 2700 to the base of 1500, and the interlock could be reduced from 12 months to 6 months (depending on MVD). I was well prepared for what to expect in court and what to expect moving forward. You never think you will be in this situation until it happens and if it does happen you want someone who is well respected, knowledgeable in the subject, and willing to go the extra mile and Aaron is that person. Great Lawyer - I highly recommend!

Aaron handled my recent DUI case in Arizona. My BAC was .15 so would be considered an extreme DUI. At the time I had recently moved to the state and had no idea how severe the punishment in the state is but omg. Well I hired the right lawyer. Aaron managed to have my 1 year license suspension voided ...at MVD. He also got the charge reduced from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI. In addition, he got the court fees reduced by about 1k, got my jail time reduced from 30 days to 1 day, and the $600 fee you have to pay to go to jail was eliminated. So basically everything was lowered to the minimum. And what I also appreciated was how great Aaron communicated. He was always reachable in some form and kept me in the loop during every step. Aaron really knows what it means to be a great lawyer and has helped me out so much at a time when I really needed it. He has a very good knowledge base and understanding of the courts here in AZ. I definitely recommend him and I hope he can do for you what he did for me.

Excellent Attorney - Highly Recommend

Aaron was referred to us by another criminal defense lawyer and we could not have had a better experience, given the circumstances. Aaron was 100% professional, great communicator and not once did we feel unclear about what was happening in our case. He kept the punishment to the minimum and had the ...case reduced from mandatory prison to probation. There was no jail time and we got less probation than requested by the state and probation department. The felony will be reduced to a misdemeanor. I would highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone in need!

Excellent Attorney - My Extreme DUI down to a Regular DUI

I got myself into some trouble with the law while driving intoxicated. You know ~ You think you’re okay to drive but really are not. Breathalyzer .19, blood also came back as .19 - Extreme DUI. I knew I was in big trouble. When searching for a DUI attorney I interviewed several high-end firms, I d...idn’t feel comfortable with any of them in their high-rise buildings & too many attorney’s walking around. A friend of mine had some other attorney friends, and she asked them who they recommend for a DUI attorney. They all said Aaron Black will do the best job for you. When I interviewed Aaron, I also had my brother on the 3-way call just so I have another opinion. My brother and I felt very comfortable with Aaron and felt he would do the best job. Aaron kept me very informed on every process, he was always accessible through email or text. Aaron would also call me and leave messages with all the updates. The results after my final court date: 1. Aaron brought my Extreme DUI charge down to a regular DUI charge. 2. Aaron had me prepared for court with the completion of alcohol classes & screening and because of this, the Judge waived $600.00 in jail fees. 3. Jail went from 30 days to 1 night. 4. Home detention deleted. 5. Base fines were reduced from $2700. to $1500. I was extremely happy with the results. Thank you Aaron, for all the work you have done on my case. The absolute best of the best!

Aaron Black is hands down the absolute BEST attorney I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few.) If you are looking for an incredibly competent, knowledgable, trustworthy lawyer - he is the one! Aaron helped me in the very difficult situation with the law. He was able to get my case... reduced from a second time extreme DUI (120 straight days in jail) to a first time extreme, jail went from 120 days to 15 days, reduced fine, community service etc. I was able to work with Aaron directly (he did not hand my case off to an associate, like other attorneys sometimes do.) He was upfront and honest with me from the get go and was always reachable and called/emailed back promptly. If you ever find yourself making a mistake and ending up in an unfortunate circumstance, you will want Aaron in your corner. He will fight tooth and nail to provide you with the best outcome possible, which is so incredibly helpful in personal stressful situations like these. I am forever thankful beyond words for how much Aaron Black helped me. You really need an attorney like him when going through such circumstances. I cannot thank Aaron enough for not only helping me out so much, but for being an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney!
