Great Experience, Highly Recommended

If you're looking for a DUI attorney, I can't recommend Aaron Black enough. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first DUI, so I've worked with a few DUI lawyers over the years. Aaron was by far the best I've had. From our first conversation, he was straightforward and honest. He didn't tell me what I wa...nted to hear—he told me what I needed to hear. He laid out every option, explained the likely outcomes based on the facts of my case, and gave me the information I needed to make the right decisions. There were no surprises because he prepared me for how everything would likely play out. Throughout the process, Aaron kept my case moving and worked hard to keep the outcome to the minimum possible under the circumstances. When I wasn't available, he stayed in communication with my family so they always knew what was going on, which meant a lot to all of us. By the time sentencing came around, I felt prepared instead of anxious because Aaron had already helped me get everything in place to put me in the best position for success. Having someone who genuinely cares about his clients and takes the time to guide them through one of the hardest times in their lives makes all the difference. I hope I never need another DUI attorney, but if I did, Aaron Black would be my first call. He's an outstanding lawyer, a good person, and someone I would recommend without hesitation.

Best DUI Lawyer!

Highly, Highly Recommend Aaron Black! He was able to reduce my Extreme DUI with an accident down to a Regular DUI…30 days in jail reduced to 1 night, fines reduce by $1000, negotiated my jail cost down $500. When I was released from jail the night of my DUI, I went home scared, clueless how to proc...eed. I googled best DUI lawyer in Arizona and Aaron Black’s website immediately popped up. Read the reviews and thought this is who I want for me. From his first call I knew I was in good hands. It is so worth hiring Aaron Black, best outcome I could have asked for! He is clear, concise, very detailed, explaining everything in a straightforward manner making everything easy to understand so I could make the right choices. I went from being terrified my life as I knew it was over and a long jail time to so grateful for a second chance. I only spent 10 hours in a detention room for my jail time and my lawyer handled all the details of my case for me big and small. By using his vast experience in DUI, he kept pushing my case, fighting hard for discovery and using their late disclosure to leverage my deal. He excels in his ability to communicate and keeping you up to date on all proceeding, responding to all your questions and concerns quickly and concisely. He explained the entire final court procedure completely and throughly beforehand, so I knew exactly what would happen and what to expect and how to respond. Again, I highly recommend, best decision I made!

Got my case plead down from super extreme to regular dui

I am extremely happy I hired Aaron. He made a very stressful situation much easier. He laid everything out so I could make the right choice, and really told me how this would all play out based on the facts. He was diligent in getting me the best outcome based on my case. He was always responsive via... phone, text and email to answe all my questions. He got my case plead down to the minimum sentence possible. I was facing a super extreme DUI (.35) and ended up with it reduced to regular DUI. My jail time was reduced from 45 days to 1 day, fines reduced by over $2000, and my interlock reduced from 18 months to 6 months (with deferment). I completed all of my dui classes (36 hours) prior to sentencing per his recommendation. With screening and classes completed, jail costs were eliminated ($642). I was traveling from Ohio, so he made sure I knew how everything would happen, that I had a hotel near the court and jail, and that I was comfortable with everything. He is also friendly and has a good sense of humor which is a plus when dealing with something like this. Could not have asked for a better lawyer.

The best DUI attorney in Phoenix!!

If you need a DUI attorney then look no further! I do not say this lightly- Aaron Black has helped me through a terrible experience step by step to make the entire process much easier and gave me peace of mind as well as saved me thousands of dollars. I was recommended to Aaron through a friend whom ...he previously helped. I had been charged with an extreme DUI and he worked to get it reduced to a simple DUI saving over a thousand dollars in fines. Since the charge was reduced I am looking at a potential 6 months with the ignition interlock instead of 12 months. For each court hearing he had me prepared and walked me through each step so there were no surprises and he handled most of those court appearances himself so I didn’t have to take valuable time off from work. My jail time was reduced from 30 days to 1 as well. Thanks Aaron for all that you have done and for all of the communication throughout the process.
