Great Results!

I was charged with an extreme DUI. After looking through the sea of DUI lawyers I found Aaron Black PLLC. Right off the bat I was impressed with the fact that when I would call, I spoke with him directly. I did not have to deal with unknowledgeable secretaries or associates that were not familiar wit...h my case. His ability to be available and discuss particulars of my case directly was of great help and made the whole process flow quite smoothly. Within a day of taking my case, he had contacted the courts and DMV on my behalf. One of my biggest concerns was missing work. Aaron attended my court dates on my behalf and delayed my license suspension long enough for my business partner to return to the state. For the charges I was facing, I was extremely happy with the results. My extreme DUI was dropped down to an impaired to the slightest degree. Jail time was reduced from 30 days down to 1 day in jail and 4 days of home detention. Without any violations I should be able to get my interlock out after 6 months. In addition, I saved over $1000 in fines and fees. Even after the plea bargain was accepted, he followed up with additional information and referrals to help me complete the terms of my sentencing. I recommend Aaron Black PLLC highly to anyone facing a DUI charge.

Accessible, Knowlegeable and Honest

Mr. Black came highly recommended among his peers. He was the first lawyer that I spoke with while searching for legal advice. I received two other consultations spoke and both of them told me that along with themselves, Aaron Black was a top attorney in Arizona. During a second consultation, I had ...a friend who had legal experience sit in and ask questions. Mr. Black was very straightforward and knowledgeable about the case and procedure that I could expect. I hired him later that day. The case took about three months, during which, Aaron kept me informed about what was going on and was always accessible if I had any questions. I was thrilled to find out that my case was dismissed without prejudice and was completely satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Black. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in similar legal troubles.

A Light In The Storm

The night I was arrested and convicted of a DUI, was the worst night of my life. I felt my whole world, and livelihood being threaten as I am an RN. I had a million questions, and felt I had ruined my life. I came across Aaron through good fortune, and after speaking with him just once I felt hope. H...e guided me through the entire process, avoided me having to miss work on many preliminary court dates. Through out the storm he was the for front shedding light on the storm. The peace of mind I had at night knowing I was not alone was priceless. I was able to keep my nursing license without any restrictions, I did not lose my job, and made through the storm with peace. Words can't express how great Aaron is, and was in the management of my case!!

Awesome Lawyer!!!

Aaron was very helpful with my case from start to finish. He was on top of everything and he almost always responds instantly if not within the hour! He relieved a lot of stress off my shoulders going through my DUI process. He was able to reduce my year suspension to only 90 days which was incredibl...e because not being able to drive for a year would be the biggest hassle. He networks well among his peers and was able to hire dui/drug experts who helped out on the case. Overall, he is always there to help you out and make the process as painless it can be. He knows what he is doing and is very straightforward at all times, I highly reccomend him!

Great Lawyer

Aaron was able to save me over $1,000 in fines, 5 days home detention, one day of jail and 6 months of interlock device for my DUI. He kept me informed at all times, represented me in court so I could work those days and emailed or texted me about anything new I needed to know about. Aaron is very kn...owledgeable and responded quickly to any questions I had and was honest at all times. At my sentencing the judge even remarked to me that I had a very good lawyer to get such a good deal with what my BAC was.
