Highly Recommend for DUI

Like you I was searching for someone who could provide help, guidance, and most of all a defense. My 17 son was arrested with a DUI charge and I was very confused. The arresting officer down played the whole thing saying it was a mistake on my son's part but that he would learn from it and would move... on. My son is a good kid and had never been involved in any trouble before. I was questioning the need for representation until I talked with friends who had been through a similar situation. After that conversation there was no doubt I needed help. I did a lot of research before I called Attorney Black. Right from the start I felt comfortable with him. He was very clear in explaining what we were facing and answered every question we had. It was obvious he had a lot of experience and was well equipped to help us. Mr. Black was always available to me during the process. I called and texted during the evening, on weekends and even once at 5:30 am. It was amazing how quickly he responded. He worked around my schedule so I didn't have to take any time off from work. Attroney Black spent an hour with the arresting officer and as a result uncovered details he used in negotiations with the Prosecutor. Mr. Black was able to get the charges reduced to reckless driving. What a relief. I was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Attorney Black to anyone who is facing a DUI charge. He has the practical experience, is very professional, and exceptionally accessible. There's no middle person to deal with. You get to talk with him directly each and every time.

Aaron Black is a Call Away From Saving the Day!!

First of all, let me start off by saying that Aaron is the best Criminal Defense Attorney in Arizona!! From day one he answered his phone 24/7 for anything and everything my mother and I needed. I hired Aaron in February for my mom's DUI (she blew a .24) and in the State of Arizona that usually means... you get to experience the wonderful hospitality of Sheriff Joe. The second I found out about had happened, I called Aaron Black immediately and he started working on her case. Needless to say, my mom and I never once worried about the outcome, he was honest, up-front, and made sure we were informed the entire way. On June 24, 2013 my mom's DUI CHARGE WAS DIMISSED ALL THANKS TO ATTORNEY AARON BLACK!! He really put in the time and effort to show that the she-cop had no right in the first place to start a DUI investigation. Aaron worked this case to the bone and the most amazing part...my mom had no complaints and loved her attorney. Why?!? Because Aaron actually cares about his clients, works extremely hard, has a fierce presence in a Courtroom, and without his help and expertise my mom would be a resident of Tent City. If you need an attorney Aaron is the one to call. I would recommend Aaron Black to anyone and everyone because he will put in the time your case deserves and will never leave you in the dark. Aaron Black saved my mom, made her realize what had happened was not alright, and fought for her when no one else would. No matter how many times I could thank him, its not enough because he is helped my family in more ways than one. Thank you for everything you have done and your efforts will never be forgotten! Aaron Black is the attorney to have my fellow Arizonians! I bet my mother’s life on it ;)

Excellent DUI attorney

After doing intense research on the best lawyer to hire for my DUI charge, I contacted and met with Aaron Black. It didn't take me long to realize he was the lawyer I wanted to hire, and throughout the legal process, he continually went beyond my expectations to confirm I had made the right decision.... Aaron is a an absolute professional, while remaining completely approachable. He is incredibly responsive, providing me with his direct cell, and making it easy to contact him via phone, email, and text. He was always prompt to return any call, and would even text me if he was tied up in court to let me know he would call me back as soon as he was out. (No other lawyer I met with came close to the level of communication he provides). There were no secretaries I had to go through, or office extensions to dial. Aaron treated me like I was his only client, and I can't understate how much I appreciated that. His knowledge and experienced track record speak for themselves. He knew the officer involved, the prosecuting attorney, and the judge. He made all the best recommendations for my course of action, and walked me through the process step by step. After one step was completed, he would follow up with an email outlining the next actions, who to contact, and what to expect. It is no surprise that Aaron is rated as one of the "Super Lawyer Rising Star" and among the top attorneys in Arizona. He is passionate and dedicated to his clients, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation.

Call Him First/Two Dui's

The reason I choose Aaron in the first place: I choose Aaron because of the many reviews just like you I was looking for an excellent lawyer to handle my case. His credentials in the about him section of his website checked out and the way he helped me with two cases spoke for his work ethic and mor...ality. I was looking for credentials, great reviews, communication, pricing of course, Communication is Key: Aaron is always on top of calling you back or answering his phone and even will provide you a time when he will not be available if you have to call him back the same day. He is great at emailing you back and providing you documents if you need them promptly. Two Dui Cases: Super Extreme DUI (Mesa Court, City Charge) 1. I spoke to Aaron about my case and he told me the truth and details of what I was facing. I was facing an Super Extreme DUI without representation. I wanted to hire an attorney so it would get it reduced at least to an Extreme and Aaron did just that. Even though my case had everything against me he was able to get it reduced. Meanwhile, just to complicate matters worse I had an old DUI that decided to pick back up during the process. 2. Extreme DUI (San Tan Justice) (Maricopa County Charge) Now, we are facing two duis at the same time from a city and county jurisdiction. Aaron, advised me of the consequences depending on which one I decided to take as a first DUI and if the judge allowed for either or. Aaron, is an amazing lawyer and this is why. He looked at the case and instead of being like most lawyers to take someones money. He let me know it would be best to try and represent myself and see what kind of deal I could work out. Which pretty much put thousands of dollars back into my pocket to pay the fines of course. He let me know if it's not favorable then we could re-evaluate. It really came down to jail time deciding which to proceed with first. Of couse with detailed attention from Mr. Black. I even called him from court in the San Tan case after asking the Prosecutor if I could make a call. The prosecutor allow me to proceed with the call before making a final decision. Mesa City allows home detention and Maricopa does not. Although, I would have spent about 11 more days in jail and no home detention, I decide to trade those 11 days for 96 days home detention. It is the summer (hotter than hell) and so during those days I'll be able to save more money staying home anyways. After my Case He even asks how am doing with everything afterwards now. Aaron Black, goes out of his way to communicate with you and makes sure you are thoroughly knowledgeable of what you are facing and your options if any. If YOU or SOMEONE you know is looking for the right DUI Attorney to hire.........please call and speak with Aaron Black about your case first. Do yourself this favor and you will not be dissappointed. MEET WITH HIM TO TALK ABOUT YOUR CASE FIRST BEFORE GOING TO THE HIGHLY ADVERTISED DUI ATTORNEYS LAW FIRMS WITH SECRETARY'S AND HIGH RISES.....AARON ANSWERS THE PHONE HIMSELF The difference is having someone who you can contact directly anytime without talking to a secretary first. Even if he does not answer right then, you can bet he will not miss to call you right back.

hiring Aaron best decision ever

Aaron was great from start to finish. At the start explained everything I should expect and a timeline. He easy to get a hold of and if you leave a voicemail gets back to you quickly. I was kept up to date the whole time. Got my DUI case dropped, my civil ticket dropped and my MVD case dropped. Also ...handled notifying the nursing board for me of the charges against me and has continued to be the point of contact for them. Aaron fought for me and got all my charges dismissed within 3 1/2 months. I highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone facing DUI charges. Polite, honesty, responsible and professional.
