Above and Beyond

Having never even been to the principle's office as a kid, when I was charged with a misdemeanor DUI several months ago, it was undoubtedly the scariest event of my life. Aaron provided a level of comfort and security, with his knowledge, honesty about the reality and gravity of my case, and his pro...fessionalism. What I found most comforting was that he made himself available and communicated anytime I had questions, fears, or doubts, whether by phone, text, or email, and kept me informed on all court documentation and communications. He even went above and beyond, and not only contacted my profession's state board to find out what I needed to do for them, and how it would affect my career, but also communicated on my behalf with a car dealership, when I was trying to purchase a new vehicle while my driver's liscense had been suspended. My case could not have turned out better, and I would highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone in need of a DUI attorney!

Review of Aaron Black's Services

To anyone in need of an attorney, I highly recommend Aaron Black. During my initial meeting with Aaron I found him to be very genuine in his concerns as well as honest in his thoughts on what he could do for my case. By the end of our initial meeting I was truly relieved because I knew I had found... a great attorney to represent me. Once I retained his services, Aaron personally as well as promptly returned all of my calls, thoroughly answering all of my questions. He continually kept me informed on my case, was prepared, knowledgeable and ultimately was able to get my case and traffic ticket dismissed.

Extreme DUI Reduced to Reckless Driving

In January 2013, I totaled my car and was charged with an Extreme DUI. Thus began my search for a lawyer. I was not sure that a lawyer could even help with my case due to the issues (blood was taken, car accident, off duty police officer as a witness). After reading all the great reviews and meeting ...with him about my case, I decided to hire Aaron. This was a great decision! When I hired Aaron, he was very upfront and honest about the difficulties in reducing my charges due to the circumstances. He assured me that he would investigate all issues in my case for the best possible outcome. Aaron was able to find issues with the way my blood was collected and negotiated a plea of Reckless Driving! I went from an Extreme DUI to Reckless Driving thanks to Aaron! No DUI on my record, No suspended license from the DMV, no interlock on my car. During the whole process, Aaron was always available for any questions I had with the case. I never had to wait very long for a response. He totally put me at ease and kept me informed of everything I needed to do during this legal process. Even after the plea was taken, Aaron followed up with detailed steps I needed to complete in order to put this ordeal behind me. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone! Thank you Aaron!

Best lawyer ever!!!

My husband and I hired Aaron after my husband received a DUI at the beginning of July. Aaron was amazing from the first phone call till the end of our case. He was always available via text email and phone anytime and was always great about answering any questions we had. My husband is not a citizen ...Aaron helped us find and immigration lawyer to speak with about our DUI case to make sure my husband wouldn't be deported. My husband ended up not doing a single day in jail thanks to aaron getting him time served for the hours he did spend in jail and 9 days suspended for the DUI classes he suggested daniel take. Aaron was the most amazing attorney I have ever worked with hopefully I won't ever need an attorney again but if I do I definitely know who we are calling.

Great Lawyer!!

I received a second ticket for consuming alcohol under the age of 21. Having completed an adult alcohol diversion less than a year before my second charge, I was not going to get any leniency and faced having both charges on my record. With plans to go to medical school this is not something that I w...anted on my record because any criminal charge can influence acceptance. After consulting with multiple lawyers my case seemed hopeless. Almost every single lawyer told me my there was no way Scottsdale would give me diversion a second time. When I asked if trial was an option, everyone told me there was no way they would take it to trial because they would most likely lose. Then I came across Aaron Black. He walked me through all my options and was honest with me about what the outcomes would most likely be. What really stood out to me was that he said he would take my case to trial if it was what I wanted. I chose Aaron to represent me because I felt that he cared about my case and respected what my goal was—even if the odds were against me. I ended up getting diversion a SECOND time, without going to trial and he made the process extremely easy for me. He was always available and would respond to any emails, calls, or even texts almost immediately. I would gladly recommend Aaron Black!
