Have you received a dui?

I hired Aaron Black as my lawyer for a possible DUI from marijuana. I was charged with both reckless and aggressive driving with a possible DUI upon receiving blood work. Aaron was so prompt to respond to me and helped me right away. I contacted him 3 days before my first court date as a last minute... decision and he made time to meet with me and my dad the next day to go over the police report and talk about the next steps. Aaron went to my first court date for me and within an hour I had an email waiting to let me know exactly what happened and what was happening next. He sent me emails and or calls/texts to keep me up to date on everything at all times. By the time I had my second court date, Aaron got my presence to be excused for school purposes which helped me tremendously as well as came to me with the amazing news of getting my case to be dismissed! I was anticipating at the very least a suspended license and even that didn't come of this! I would have never been able to be so lucky without the help of Aaron! Saying that I recommend Aaron Black to be your lawyer is an understatement!

Highly recommend

Aaron was so helpful and responsive throughout my dui case! He not only got my extreme dui reduced to a regular, he got me credit for time served, thereby reducing my time in jail. Throughout the process Aaron explained everything clearly; always letting me know what the next steps would be. If you a...re looking for a great, reliable dui lawyer, I would highly recommend Aaron Black.

Aaron Black was the best experience I've ever had with an attorney. He saved my son from a DUI and jail time

Aaron Black represented my son and he did an outstanding job. Mr. Black's availability to me and my son was quick, patient, sincere and consistent. He was thoroughly prepared at all times, answered our calls on weekends and was always courteous. Personally I think he achieved miracles as he was a...ble to get my sons case reduced to reckless driving (from DUI) won a suspension hearing, regained custody of marijuana pipes, no ignition interlock, and no DUI!!!!!!!! Not only that but Aaron guided my son through the experience and talked with him almost like a big brother. You could not choose any one better - call Aaron Black if you get arrested!!!!!!!!!!!

DUI to Reckless Driving

I contacted Aaron after reading his reviews on AVVO and I was definitely not disappointed. I wanted to hire a lawyer, so I didn't have to deal with all the logistics and since I moved away from AZ a month after being arrested. Aaron always kept me informed with what was going on with my case and expl...ained my case step-by-step. After interviewing all officers involved and receiving my blood test, Aaron found my blood had clotted before testing. He hired an expert to look at the test and give his opinion. Based on the fact they had to grind my blood and the experts opinion, the court offered a plea to reckless driving. Reckless driving is a class 2 misdemeanor (DUI is class 1), the fine was around $750 (DUI would have been over $2,000), and I do not have to install interlock (saves over $1,200). I could not be more grateful for Aaron and all his hard work. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for the best DUI lawyer in Phoenix!!

Great Lawyer and Person

I was arrested for a DUI over a weekend in Scottsdale when on a business trip ,being from out of state I needed a lawyer and a friend of mine has a friend in Scottsdale who's friend is retired from the Scottsdale Justice Court system and he recommended Aaron Black. On a Saturday I called Aaron's numb...er and he returned my call soon afterward and met with me on a Sunday before a Cardinal football game with his family I knew then I got the right guy. Aaron is the constant professional he told me what I was up against and he explained what he would be able to to but never making any promises he could not keep. Aaron kept me informed on every step of The system and always answered my calls Even on a SUNDAY when he was at his brothers wedding. Arron cared about my charges as if they were his OWN!!! He won the MVD hearing and then going on to get the DUI charge dismissed. I believe Arron's knowledge of the system and his professional respect the Scottsdale Justice system has for him made the difference between a charge and a dissmissial I would Definitely hire Aaron again.
