THANKS AARON!!!!!

After all the great reviews I had read, the achievements and acknowledgements of his command of the law regarding DUI, I was surprised to meet the kind and down to earth person who is Aaron Black. My case was not easy in many ways, and maybe would be considered impossible to win by most lawyers. H...e was open to many ways of looking at it and ultimately found a way to prevail. In the process, he dealt with every person involved with the highest level of respect. Thanks again Aaron!!!!

I made the correct choice

Aaron did a phenomenal job. We were looking at multiple felonies with the chance of doing substantial time. Aarons understanding of what needed to be done and getting it done quickly was key. He was able to quickly pull MVD records and other needed info that allowed him a full understanding of wha...t we were up against. We ended up with just misdemeanors and minimal time (the lowest possible). Even though the case is now “over” – at least from Aarons point and responsibility, he continues to stay in touch and help. There are a multitude of other responsibilities that need to be taken care of. Fines, counseling, meetings, future court dates and others and Aaron continues to keep in contact to make sure all of these are being taken care of so we can get this resolved. Aaron continues to step up and be there for any questions. And he answers promptly. I mean this in the best way possible - if you are looking for “fluff” or to have your ego stroked, this is not the lawyer for you! Aaron told us exactly what to expect and what should happen and everything happened exactly as he said it would. While I wish I didn’t need an attorney, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I would highly recommend him.

Great DUI Attorney

I hired Aaron to help with a relative's case. He was communicative, reliable and very, very responsive. He really went the extra mile by interviewing potential witnesses for the State and was able to obtain a COMPLETE dismissal of all charges (4 in total)! Just fantastic work and I cannot say enough ...about his level of professionalism. I provide him with the highest recommendation possible.

Super Extreme DUI reduced to regular DUI with Aaron's help

Aaron was highly recommend and referred to me by another attorney who handles DUI cases. It was quickly clear to me that Aaron has extensive knowledge concerning DUI law and he was able to give me a clear idea of what I was looking at in regards to my case. He kept me very well informed during each... step of the process and I felt as though my case was receiving great attention and detail from Aaron from start to finish. He was able to promptly answer questions I had and was very available and able to explain complexities of law and my case with me. I started out with a Super Extreme DUI and Aaron was able to reduce it to a regular DUI. My jail time was reduced (served about 4 hours in jail), he eliminated home detention, reduced interlock and reduced fines. I greatly appreciate Aaron and the work he did for me and my case.

A TRUE PROFESSIONAL THAT WON'T SUGAR COAT

Aaron's ability to be brutally honest can seem intimidating at first and I can assure that there are plenty of options for other DUI attorneys, but I am so glad I hired Aaron to handle my DUI case. It was apparent from our first conversation that his knowledge and experience with DUI cases was vast a...nd very impressive. He told me exactly how it is and what is to come. He discussed my case with me in great detail explaining the law and covered every single possible option and outcome. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and stayed on top of things even over a year after. He created an outline "TODO" list with all dated deadlines so I knew exactly what I had to get done and by when for EVERYTHING. He was able to get my failure to obey dropped for refusing the breath test which was going to directly affect me taking my daughter for medical care on a military base. Also, he got the judge to work with us on the installation date of the breathalyzer to coincide with the MVD suspension (which he also went to court with me on to fight). I don't wish a DUI upon anyone, but expensive and long lessoned learned to NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! Aaron made the process flawless and he gave me a very secure feeling in times of uncertainty because I knew I had a true professional behind me the entire way with my best interest at heart. Thank you Aaron!
