Money well spent

Simply put, Aaron is top notch. I hired him without meeting face to face due to distance. To say the least, I was impressed when I met him in the courtroom. He was early, best dressed, and seemed to know everyone there. I was facing a super extreme DUI and was facing serious penalties. He was very... careful to set realistic expectations and keep me informed. His level of communication and follow up was extremely professional and put me at ease. At the end of it, he was able to negotiate my plea down to disorderly conduct with a minimal fine and class. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Aaron and would recommend him to anybody in need of a good defense.

First Time DUI

Aaron is First Class. It was my first offense and Aaron walked me through each steps. He is easy to reach and would text, email and call you about any updates. misdemeanor charge for self defense

I was charged with assault after I defended myself against a individual who was a danger to themselves and others. In a misdemeanor you do not get a trial by jury, it is the judge making the decision against you. I am glad I hired Aaron Black, he was knowledgeable, honest, and fought to get me the be...st possible outcome, my ordeal lasted 1 year and 5 months and during that time he worked with me to strengthen my case and develop the best possible argument and the result was the prosecution giving us what we wanted and now I can move on with my life. On top of that the supposed victim was demanding $25000.00 in damages and through evidence gathering and more he helped get it to $1100.00... I have hired many lawyers over the years and all have been very un-pleasant but this experience was positive from beginning to end.

DUI legal problem

Aaron was great at leading me through the process, the potential outcomes, and getting me the best outcome possible. I was out of town a lot and he took care of everything in my absence - there was barely a need for me to think or worry about it. While we weren't able to make the entire charge disapp...ear into thin air (lol - one can wish), after speaking with others in the same situation I realized that I had gotten off a lot easier than they did!
