Need a real DUI attorney? Look no further

I found myself in a serious situation with an 18year old case for a felony dui that I was unaware of. I didn’t have much time to hire a lawyer and had to rely on what I could find on the internet for “best DUI lawyers in AZ”. After reading Aaron’s reviews I could not believe how many five star rating...s he had, but I trusted my gut and set up a meeting with him. Aaron was straight forward and no bs. He told me how serious my felony charges were and how the prosecutor doesn’t give a care whether I am a “good person, or family man”, he only cares about a conviction. Aaron didn’t sugar coat anything and always pointed a worse case scenario and no promises. He immediately started digging into my case and started conversations with the prosecutor before he had a chance to even look at the case. I appreciated how diligent and aggressive Aaron was. He doesn’t have a bunch of paralegals on his staff. He picks up the phone himself. Within days Aaron had argued a strong case, getting the prosecutor to agree on a plea of a lesser charge. From a felony with 4 months in prison to a lesser charge where I would serve 9 days in county jail. I was ready to accept this plea, Aaron told me he thought he had gotten to the limit with the prosecutors patience. I was already set and made plans to serve my time and get this mess behind me. A few days later I get a text from Aaron that he had gotten the charges reduced down to a simple dui and would require only one day in jail. Aaron pleaded my case to the judge and prosecutors and was able to get me the deal with credit for time served and 11 months of unsupervised probation. That’s a huge deal as I live out of state and anything over one year of probation would require an interstate compact and require supervised probation. The fun didn’t stop however. When I went to the probation department they had not read I was o.n 11 months unsupervised and sent me to another building to sign all of my interstate compact paperwork! I called Aaron immediately and within 30 minutes he had the probation department corrected. They even called him back to thank him for catching their error! I literally was minutes away from being signed up for a strict and unnecessary program that probably would have taken a ton of time to unwind if Aaron didn’t fix it! I can’t thank Aaron enough for his diligence and desire to win. He works for you and doesn’t give in at the first offer. I am so glad I picked up the phone and hired Aaron. He saved my career, family, and my life.

PSA: ALL NURSES AND ANYONE looking for a phenomenal DUI lawyer...PLEASE HIRE Aaron Black. I promise you will not regret it. I found myself in a predicament that I never imagined I would be in: facing a DUI charge. I was scared/stressed out of my mind and had no idea what the process entailed or wh...at it would look like for my future. I was in a dark place and didn't know what to do, as I am a nurse and knew my career was at risk. So I did what needed to be done and googled "DUI lawyer Phoenix, AZ." Aaron was not recommended by anyone, nor had I ever heard his name previously; however, I found him online based on the many outstanding reviews and decided to go with him. I took a chance and put everything in his hands without knowing him. And, I am so happy that I did. I called him on Christmas Eve ( as I had no choice and needed to hire a lawyer), and he answered my call on the first ring. I knew right away after talking with him (and the fact that he answered my call on a holiday) that he was the right choice. His voice and words instantly put me at ease. He was already brainstorming ideas and had a plan for me within the first couple of minutes of our conversation. Fast forward- Aaron took care of everything throughout the process and was on the ball the entire time. He was available 24/7 and answered all my calls/texts right away. He worked hard behind the scenes and got my DUI charge dropped to a reckless driving. He is also very knowledgeable in regards to the nursing aspect and will walk you through the steps in preparation for facing the AZ nursing board. What was unknown territory and a fearful time in life, Aaron made sure that I was taken care of and made the whole ordeal A LOT LESS scary. TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY

I was ticketed for DUI, searched the internet Aaron Black was the first attorney that popped up. Gave him a call, he was very easy and understanding to visit with. He did all the leg work, met with prosecutors without my having to appear in court, except for final hearing. He was able to reduce t...he charges from DUI to Reckless Driving. Best DUI Attorney, hands down!

I got in trouble with a serious DUI charge and didn't know where to look for a good lawyer. In searching the internet I found that Aaron had amazing reviews. I was skeptical at first and didn't believe anyone could actually live up to such great reviews, but I decided to give him a call to see for my...self. I can honestly tell you that Aaron 110% lives up to his 5 star reviews! I was facing an Extreme DUI along with 6 other charges that could have resulted in a lot of jail time, along with a huge amount of fines. Aaron was on the case from the moment I called him and worked hard for the best possible outcome. I was always informed by him with the progress of my case and what to expect. The end result of my case was great compared to what I was initially facing. He got me a deal to have the Extreme DUI dropped down to a regular DUI, I only had to spend 1 day in jail, and my fines were greatly reduced, saving me thousands of dollars and a lot of potential jail time. Aaron told me not to worry and just live my life because he's got this. He really did, and I was able to be calm and stress free during the whole process. It's hard to even put a price on all the worry and anxiety that he saved me! On top of the court dealings, he also helps you through the whole process with the MVD and keeping your ability to drive legally. Thanks to him I did not have to deal with any suspension on my license and could continue driving the entire time. That is invaluable and helped my be able to live my life normally.
