Highly Recommend Aaron Black

I was like many of you searching for the best Lawyer in Az to help me navigate my way through the court system in an area I had no experience. I was extremely fortunate to find Aaron on the internet and read all of the amazing reviews. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable in DUI laws. He specializes in i...t and focuses all his attention to staying current. He is always available by phone, email and very personal to work with. With Aarons help and knowledge my DUI was dismissed. If you need a straight forward and personal DUI attorney, look no further. All I can say is Thank you Aaron Black!!!

DUI

Mr. Black is highly experienced and professional. I am in the Armed Services as a Reservist, and found myself in a unfamiliar situation with law enforcement. I was pulled over for a unsafe lane change which led to a suspected DUI. I never as much have had a speeding ticket on my driving record. I was... confused and did not totally understand how much the consequences of having a DUI on my record would have affected my life. Luckily for me, I found Mr. Black on this very website. I read reviews and did a comparison with other lawyers. However, Mr. Black appealed more to me because of the diversity of DUI cases that he handled which had successful outcomes. I knew I needed someone with his experience and great reviews to represent me. Believe the hype! Mr. Black is the real deal. Mr. Black was able to discover an issue with the breath instrument that got the DUI dropped and saved my military career. This deal kept me out of jail and kept the interlock out of my car.

Absolutely AMAZING.. Extremely Thankful I hired Aaron!!

In August 2014 I received a DUI and a few months ago was contacted and told it was a extreme DUI. I immediately panicked and searched the internet and asked around for a good attorney. Aaron came up numerous times so I decided to meet with him and discuss my case. He was extremely thorough, felt very... confident that he could minimally drop my case to wreck-less driving if not get it dismissed. I never hesitated once and I hired him. Since he took the case on he communicated very well the entire time, always kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and did everything himself. (Huge thing because most places make you go through their secretary and finally get a call back days later). Even after "business" hours he would communicate. I felt he was very attentive and personable in my case. I referred a friend to him and he decided to not take his case because he didn't want to overload himself and wanted to give my case the best attention it needed. He showed up at every court date, and i did absolutely nothing. After each court date he would reach out to me and let me know our next step. Best part of all he wrote the court a letter and not did the case get dropped, it got COMPLETELY dismissed of my record, no jail time, no fines, no device in the car... NOTHING. I cant rave enough about him, Im so incredibly thankful I invested in his services. Well worth every single penny.

amazing lawyer

i was charged with a DUI from marajuana, redness driving, and aggressive driving. after finding aaron, I immidiately felt confident in having him help me with this situation. He is always very abailible to answer any questions you may have, and will be very efficient when keeping you informed on the ...case with emails, texts, and phone calls. He worked so well with my schedule being that I am not from phoenix, and am a college student. Aaron went above and beyond by hiring experts to dig into the case. He got this DUI charge reduced to reckless driving with no jail time and no suspension of my lisence!! I could not be happier and thank him enough. I would reccomend Aaron to anyone and everyone! He is truly knowledgable ans trustworthy.

Don't hesitate - he's good!!

In March 2015, a family member got an extreme dui, the 2nd within 7 years in the City of Phoenix. The whole matter was complicated further since I lived in another state and I knew the preliminary court date was in 4 days. I searched the internet for days for a dui attorney. I came across Aaron ...Black. After reading all his 200 plus reviews, I was struck that there were no negative ones. I made a call to him and immediately got a recorded response saying he was in court and would return my call asap. That asap was about 15 minutes later. I met with Mr. Black the next day and was immediately put at ease that he would take care of the immediate and future proceedings in regards to this case. He not only answered my calls or texts promptly when I had questions, he also emailed copies of court proceedings to me without me asking!! We feel fortunate that our family member will only be spending 7 days in jail with ankle bracelet monitoring for 6 months. The ankle bracelet monitoring is WITHOUT restrictions!!!! Could have never gotten this deal without Aaron's help!!! Aaron also walks you through what you have to do with DMV, classes, community service, etc. to meet requirements set up by the court. He follows up with an email outlining everything AGAIN since he knows you are in shock with just being in court and probably can't remember a thing! If anyone reading this thinks you may be able to find someone better than Aaron Black - read his reviews - they are all true. I would not hesitate to use him again (hoping we won't have to).
