Great lawyer!!!

It was my first time being in trouble so I didn't know what to do. I called a couple lawyers before Aaron that seemed like good lawyers, they told me what I wanted to hear, but when I talked to Aaron it was like talking to a friend. He's honest and didn't give me any false hope. I highly recommend Aa...ron! He got my charges dropped from a super extreme dui to an extreme dui. He is always available, gave me every option possible, and walked me through the process.

Great Lawyer!

This is my review of the Law Office of Aaron M. Black, PLLC, 3219 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States  Aaron is an exceptional lawyer who cares for his clients. Aaron answers his own phone personally and will really take care of you . My case included an arrest for an extreme DUI. I ...made many mistakes in talking with the officers telling them that I had been drinking, completing a field sobriety test and a breath test. I will say that if you have had ANY Alcohol drink you can be arrested and convicted of a DUI. I had 2 beers and my diagnosis by the police that I was EXTREME in my arrest. Aaron was able to have my initial arrest dismissed however the prosecutor refiled months later after they found my blood sample. The blood sample was contaminated but the case continued and Aaron did his best to take care of me. He finally got my extreme reduced to Impaired to the slightest degree and reduced my fine and jail I followed his advice and only spent 6 hours in jail for my 2 day sentence. I did not have home detention. I think that Aaron is a great lawyer and I highly recommend him. J

Best Criminal Defense in Phoenix

Hiring a criminal attorney is something you really don't plan for. I had tons of concerns due to my interaction with the police and the uncertainty that goes along with a pending criminal charge. Aaron put all of these to rest during our initial consultation. There are few things in life that can't b...e too expensive, and a lawyer definitely falls into that category. You may find someone cheaper, but do you want to put your future in the hands of someone other than the best? I did tons of internet research and found Aaron's review on this site. His reviews are spectacular, but I don't think there is enough you can say in a review to describe how great Aaron is as an attorney. First, I called and Aaron himself took my call. He asked me for some details from the police report and we talked through the interaction. While Aaron never guaranteed success he exuded confidence and actually sounded excited about taking my case to court if it came to that. Aaron was diligent about calling or texting me to follow up and was quickly responsive to any questions I sent either by email or text. I only had one face to face meeting with Aaron, but that experience was great. He had a folder put together for me with all of my paperwork. He had already filed paperwork with the court and we talked about the possibility of hiring experts if necessary. His explanation was very thorough. As noted before there were a few questions I had during the process. I was able to text or email and get responses quickly. We got to the phase of disclosure by the prosecution. Aaron proactively sent a letter requesting a dismissal which was granted. Basically everything relating to this court case was completed in less than 3 weeks. Aaron achieved the best possible result which is "case dismissed" and he was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend his firm to family and friends should they need criminal representation. Aaron is the best.

Super extreme DUI

I hired Aaron Black because of the reviews I read on this site and after my case, I found they were all true. He is a wonderful lawyer and is there for you at all times. I walked in feeling very nervous because of how extreme my DUI was. He made me feel better about the situation and explained to me ...what I would be facing. He has great availability. Every time I called or emailed he would respond in a timely manner. Aaron keeps you informed throughout the entire case and helps you become prepared and walks you through the process to make everything a lot easier. At the end of my case, he was able to get me credit for 1 day I served, he convinced the judge to write for 2 days jail instead of 48 hours (judge wanted to give me 48 hours), and informed me that I was able to complete my counseling before I was charged. That made everything a lot easier since I was still able to drive myself to the counseling appointments. The two days I spent in jail went to 12 hours. He informed me to self surrender at 9 pm and I was released at 9 am the next morning. If you guys are looking for a DUI lawyer in Phoenix, I would definitely recommend him. He is a great lawyer and cares for your case and not just the money. Also he is the best priced lawyer I found in Phoenix. Saved me about 1500-2000.

Inquired About DUI defense

Where do I start, Mr. Black is truly an honest and professional attorney and I would recommend him to anyone in need of DUI defense. I recently reached out to Aaron to ask about an accident I had about two weeks ago in which I was arrested for DUI and after talking to Aaron he told me I was not yet c...harged with anything and he was very honest and straight forward and told me that he would not take any money until I was charged with something and I had an actual case. This to me was when I decided that this was the attorney that I wanted because the other three lawyers that I had talked to wanted the money up front knowing that I had yet to be charged. He then talked me through some other steps for taking care of my suspended license which I was not aware of and am very thankful for. This guy is something else and as soon as I get charged then there will be no one else I would like to represent me. Thank you Aaron and also thanks for such a quick initial response even though it was a Sunday. Wow.
