Extreme DUI/Scottsdale

In March of 2016, I was pulled over by Scottsdale police because one of the two license plate bulbs on my vehicle was not working, making the license plate "unlegible", according to the initial officer. After further investigation it was determined that my alcohol content was over the legal limit. I ...was eventually changed with an Extreme DUI, with a blood alcohol content of 0.188. Needless to say, this would be a life changing event. Until I contacted Mr. Aaron Black, I was made to feel like a deplorable, even though I am one, and proud of it!. Once I had retained the services of Mr. Black, he handed EVERYTHING! Mr. Black, Aaron, handled all the pretrial arangements and notified me when my presence would be required. Aaron BRILLIANTLY argued that the initial stop was unjustified. The charge of Extreme DUI was lowered to DUI, meaning less jail time, fines, etc. I am not a bad person, and in talking with and spending time with Aaron, Mr. Black, I now realize that again. I hope to God that I never have to go through this again. But if I ever do, the first person I will call is Aaron, Mr. Black. Greg C

Best DUI Lawyer in town!

I found Aaron scouring through the reviews as you may be finding yourself doing now. I read through countless testimonials, met with 6 attorneys before Aaron, all offering their 'sure thing' to represent my case and promise a win but it wasn't until I found Aaron that I felt like someone was really i...nterested in the facts and details and rather than guarantee me anything, he was honest about the level of difficulty, gave me the possible outcomes and what he did promise was excellent communication throughout the process, hard work and most of all he fought hard for my case. I was of course scared of the possible outcome but he assured me we had a case, never pushed me to plea and despite the eventual two plea offers and a great deal (far better than what I would have faced if we lost at trial) I felt so confident in Aaron's ability that we opted for a trial and my case was eventually DISMISSED! Wow! I can't thank you enough Aaron and recommend you to anyone who's in need of a criminal defense attorney!

Aaron can handle it all

I retained the services of Aaron Black, who had successfully helped a family member a few years ago, and was extremely satisfied every step of the way. Aaron treated me with respect from the moment we met and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had with my case. In fact, he a...nswered every text or email almost immediately. He laid out best case and worst case scenarios, so that I knew up front what I could expect. My case involved several charges, including a super-extreme DUI and Aaron told me exactly what to expect with the court system, and he was right about it all. Obviously I wanted to try to mitigate all the penalties, but was prepared for the worst. Aaron laid out options for my defense. We attempted to set the case up for our best chance of dismissal. We had gambled that one of the first responders would not appear in court to testify, and he did not, but other civilians did, thus, that strategy did not ultimately work. Aaron portrays and likewise instills confidence so I was willing to try that alternative. You are in good hands with Aaron Black as your attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who needs his expertise in DUI law and the AZ court system.

Aaron Michael Black- Where do I even begin

I came out to Arizona to start a new life. Being new to the state, starting a new job I decided to go out with a couple of my co workers to get to know them a little. Drank a bit.. Im only 19 years old and came out here on my own, normally very responsible..But that night I decided to get behind the ...wheel after drinking.. ( I NEVER drink anymore, i used to be way worse at 15, 16 & 18) this was a once in a blue moon event. I was so proud of myself for doing sooo well. Up until this night which was the one time I went out in a while. When I got the DUI I was freaking out knowing I wouldn't get any help from my parents or anyone. Thought I was on my own, my life was over. Then Aaron came along, first of all, he really knows how to calm a person down. Second, any question I would have at any time, he would text/call/email me back as soon as possible. He never took more than an hour. When we were in court, even though he had a couple different cases in that same courthouse at those same times and was having to go back and forth between them, was he ever late or not there before I was called up? Never. I also had a couple of other big charges that he was able to completely dismiss for me.. Thought I worked so hard to be able to be out here on my own for no reason, like i messed it up...But Thanks to him and his help, especially his patience with me I still feel as though this is a fresh start for me. Lesson learned. THANKS AARON!! 10/10 would most definitely recommend.

Friendly, informative, responsive and effective!

I was charged with a DUI back in July and hired Aaron within days and I am glad I did. This was my first time in the court system and to say I was confused would be an understatement. Aaron really helped me through every step of the whole process beginning to end. He is always available to answer que...stions day or night via text or email. He was great about keeping me informed on the case, was always prepared and had the knowledge and experience to tell me exactly how this would all play out so that there were no surprises. In the end he was able to get my charges reduced and even offered to waive his trail fee if I wanted to move forward with a trial. I would highly recommend Aaron and would hire him again if I found myself in a similar situation.
