DUI Defense

Early this year I found myself in the unenviable position of being charged with a DUI, needless to say, it was a frightening experience that left me desperate for a lawyer to help me deal with the DUI. Fortunately, I was able seek advice from an old friend that was a long-time Phoenix lawyer and now... a judge. They recommend that I contact Aaron Black. From the beginning Aaron impressed me with his experience and knowledge of the law and just as importantly his demeanor. Aaron calmly explained the complicated DUI processes and my options in a manner that was easily understandable. Throughout the processes of dealing with the DUI, Aaron kept me informed and was always available to answer my questions. All my calls, emails and texts where answered quickly (almost immediately), which gave me great confidence in his representation. In the end, Aaron got my DUI reduced to reckless driving, no jail time, no interlock, my fine reduced by $1,000.00 and even convinced the judge not to put me on probation. To put it succinctly, Aaron got the job done. Aaron is a great lawyer and a good person; I cannot recommend him more highly. If you find yourself facing a DUI charge, you need to call Aaron Black.

Super Extreme DUI

Aaron Black was a life saver when it came to my case. I made a mistake, looked to hire a lawyer, and hired him because of his quick response time and knowledge. The moment I called him he spoke openly about all of the positives and negatives, stayed in constant contact with me, and relieved me of any... stress when it came to dealing with the courts. He got my DUI case reduced from a super extreme to the lowest charge you could receive, as well as keeping in contact with me even after the sentencing for any questions I might have. Seeing the reduction in my fines made his (already affordable) rate worth it. The lack of judgement and the kindness he showed in my time of weakness already tells you who he is as a person, and his willingness to go above and beyond to help in any way possible never seems to cease. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone who finds themselves in a tough situation, as well as anyone worried about things financially. He was able to have a lot of fees waved or reduced (including interlock which is hard to do!) Please hire him for any case, I promise you won’t regret it

DUI Defense

Upon reading Aaron's outstanding reviews, I contacted him immediately after being pulled over for DUI. He took my call immediately even though he was out of town for the weekend with family. I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest and understanding, and hired him on the spot. He walked me thro...ugh the whole process and took care of everything. He's highly skilled, professional and competent. He was able to get my extreme DUI down to a regular DUI - a huge difference! My driver’s license was suspended for MUCH less time, jail sentence was reduced from 30 days to time served with 3 days of home detention and the interlock device has the potential of coming off after 6 months rather than a year. If your looking for an outstanding Lawyer that will be there every step of the way, Arron Black is the perfect choice. I Highly recommend!

This your guy because he is my guy

Without hesitation, I recommend Mr. Aaron Black. I was in unfamiliar territory when I got pulled over at random. A million "what if's" went through my head and searching the internet for attorneys who will actually have the empathy and understanding of your situation was exhausting. Mr. Black repeate...dly appeared on my searches. I met with him, he spelled out the few options I had, respective outcomes, worst case scenarios, and flat rates it would cost. He was available to the point of an insomniac. My outcome was superb and my guy even showed up to court in a mask and socially distanced from the judge and other people in the courthouse. If you want the best, save your time and worry and hire Aaron Black.

The only attorney you'll ever want representing you.

First of all, there isn't a whole lot more terrifying than when you see those police lights behind you and your entire life flashes before your eyes. It's a feeling somewhere between "My life is over" and "Well, my life REALLY is over." You'll get home, feel sicker than you've ever felt and hopefully... if you want to make one of the best decisions of your life to over-shadow your horrible decisions, you'll Google "BEST AZ DUI ATTORNEY" and pretty much have your salvation when you call Aaron Black who will take control of your situation since your life feels like it's spinning out of it. I found his name under "Best of" only to find out he had handled a friend's case with equally amazing results after I mentioned he was representing me. From that first phone call and meeting you have someone that not only knows EVERYTHING (and I mean EVERYTHING) about these laws that completely elude us but also someone that will make you feel not so ashamed (we all make mistakes) while keeping it realistic and not just feeding you what you want to hear. DO NOT make the assumption that you can do this on your own. I mean you've already made a terrible decision, don't make another one and make it worse. Call someone that will guide you through the entire process as well as represent, file and appear on your behalf. You won't regret it. I mean it. I had my DUI reduced to a "Reckless Driving" with NO jail time. My fines were reduced, NO interlock device needed to be installed in my car and I do NOT have a DUI on my record which is considered a felony in some countries and could cause problems for international travel. So ask yourself if you want to take any more chances? Nope, Aaron Black will be the only person you will ever recommend to anyone that finds themselves in a bit of a pickle. And definitely someone that you'll call again if you ever need legal representation again. 5 stars doesn't do him justice.
