Best DUI attorney

I highly recommend Aaron Black. I was scared and he took the time and walked me through the whole process. Returned all of my calls very quickly. I had a really high BAC but he kept my case to minimum punishment. He was able to reduce my jail time from 45 days to 2 days(overnight) jail and 7 days... home detention. My fines were reduced by $1000, jail costs were waived and the interlock was reduced from 18 months to 12 months. Aaron knows a lot of people and is very good at what he does.

Recommend Using Aaron!

Aaron was amazing! I would 100% recommended using him. Aaron helped out another family member of mine, which is how I knew of the great job he does. Aaron was able to get my Extreme DUI reduced down to a DUI, which was 30 days in jail to only 1 day in jail that I was credited one day for. Fines were ...reduced from $2,700 to $1,500. He also helped dismiss my felony with a diversion program!

Lifesaver

Aaron Black is a Rockstar! I called Aaron because of all the rave reviews that I saw on Google and he certainly lived up to them. I was facing a super extreme DUI where I blew well over a .20 and the evidence against was extremely damning considering I had run through a tree and through a QT wall. No...t to mention, the police had several admissions of guilt from me on tape. I definitely did not make it easy to be defended but nonetheless, Aaron was still able to get me a smoking plea deal. The super extreme was reduced to extreme. My sentence in jail was reduced from 45 days to just 2 days. The interlock device that was supposed to be installed in vehicle for 18 months was reduced to 12 months. My home detention time was reduced significantly and he saved me thousands in fines. I'd like to add to anyone reading this that the process after getting a DUI is incredibly daunting. The amount of hoops you have to jump through is almost unfathomable. I empathize with anyone going through something similar to what I went through. And I would strongly recommend finding a good lawyer to get you through this process. Through the course of it all, I only had to show up to court for fingerprinting and on the last day for my plea deal. Aaron made this whole deal manageable and helped walk me through it every step of the way. If you have a DUI, Aaron Black is your guy. Couldn't be happier with the representation I received from him. Would recommend him to anyone.

Hire the best!!

I called Aaron the day after I was charged with Super Extreme DUI and he called me back within 30 min to discuss my case. I found him very knowledgeable as well as corrigible and understood my disappointment and frustration. I hired Aaron and he began getting things handled right away. Through th...e process he was outstanding in keeping me notified of any change in status or what was coming next as well as being available anytime I had a question or concern. He then suggested we move the case to Veterans court and began the process immediately. During the waiting period he was able to do extensive investigative work by interviewing the officers, dismantling the evidence and retesting the blood sample that was taken that night. He uncovered many issues but none as big as a discrepancy with my sample that led to a much better deal. In the end he was able to get the Super Extreme DUI dropped to a Misdemeanor DUI. This was changed to 1 day in jail as opposed to 45 days, no home detention, jail cost waived, fines reduced by over $2000.00, and decreased time with a restricted licence and interlock device. This was my first DUI and I felt lost with the process. I am grateful he was on my side and highly recommend Aaron Black as representation with any charge or offense.
