Amazing Five Star Service

Aaron was amazing, and I am so grateful for his help. I was arrested for an extreme DUI, he basically reduced my sentence down to a slap on the wrist. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he guided me every step of the way. He informed me of ways to get my sentence reduced, which I would have had no cl...ue I could do. Just one of the many things he did for me was get my 12 month license suspension dropped. He reduced my jail sentence from 30 days to 1 day (12 hours), and 7 days of house arrest. He to this day is easily accessible and responds to my questions almost instantly. He made me feel like I was well taken care of. Aaron has a great sense of humor and he took away the stress that this process placed on me. Just to see how confident he was in his ability assured me that everything he said he was going to do for me, would happen. I couldn't be more happy with Aaron's service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that has to go through the DUI process.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

So to begin with he was very knowledgeable and straightforward original I had contact a few other attorneys specifically from the DM Cantor group they praised their own abilities so much promising to get my dui charge completely reduced to nothing which did not seem realistic after meeting with Aaron... he said to me the worst thing that can happen is we lose you have a case that is straight forward where the evidence doesn't work in your favor but maybe we can at least get the charges reduced we will push for nothing but it's unlikely now this seemed like a much more likely outcome and I like how thorough he was when explaining the circumstances to covering many aspects of the law and how it worked with and against me he was always quick to return calls emails and text the whole process took about 3 months and by the end of it this man got my extreme dui reduced to a reckless driving absolutely fantastic i would not recommend any other attorney in this field he treats you with absolute respect even though your paying for his services he treats you like a friend and he is honest you won't get that with a lot of attorneys they sell false hope he tells you what to expect but doesn't set the bar there

Above and beyond

After being arrested for my DUI I began searching the web for all the possibilities of what COULD be. This was the first time I had found myself in trouble with the law and I didn't know what the outcome would be and I was scared. Aaron was able to explain in full detail the minimums and maximums of ...my situation and give me peace of mind. He is always available to talk; whether it be a text, call, or email. He handled my court dates for me and let me know when I needed to be present and what I would be walking into. In the end he was able to get me minimal time with work release, got my fines reduced dramatically, and gave me step by step instructions of what I need to handle myself with the courts as well as the MVD. All in all, I know that without Aaron's help the outcome for my situation would have been drastically worse and I'm grateful that he was my representation.

Extremely Thorough, Competent, & Honest

I was arrested for a DUI. This was my first experience with the Criminal Justice System and after conducting research on the Internet I quickly realized I should hire an attorney. Aaron Black always came back at the top of all my searches. I filled out the contact form on his website, on a Saturda...y, and received a call from him within one hour. We met the next day, on Sunday, for a free consultation. During my initial consultation, Aaron was extremely thorough, honest, and realistic in his evaluation of my situation. He made no promises and explained what I could expect to happen with the Courts and the MVD during this entire process. I made the decision to hire him and I am glad I did. Aaron kept me fully informed and was readily available to answer any of my questions during this trying time. Knowing what to expect and how to proceed, at each step, was a huge relief. Through his work, he was able to save me over $1,000 in fines, one day of jail, home detention, and provided me the opportunity to get my ignition interlock device removed after 6 months. Best lawyer in Phoenix

July 1st, 2017 I was being charged with two separate DUI cases with one prior. I was looking at a possible felony conviction and prison time. Fortunately I came across Aaron Black and decided to hire him. He was able to get me one of the best possible outcomes. He successfully worked out a plea wi...th the prosecution which entailed of only 1 month of jail time and 4 months of house arrest. He also made sure that the 1 month of jail included work release (12 hours a day, 6 days a week). He kept the two DUIs as misdemeanors, no felony on my record. He was also able to successfully waive all of my jail costs. Not only did I get a wonderful deal, (which I know is true because even the judge told me how rare of a plea deal this was) but he also kept me informed on every aspect of the case. He was available anytime to answer any questions I may have had. I could not have been more satisfied with his services. You may be wondering if you should truly pay for a lawyer when you're charged with a DUI.. as I did too.
