outstanding defense attorney

23 May 2023 Review, Aaron M. Black, pllc I found Aaron some years ago, as I needed representation in a domestic case, I had poured through a lot online information, (AVVO.com, he was rated the best, and his recommendations were great,(off the chart) and by coincidence a judge I knew said he was a...n excellent choice. I have found his knowledge of AZ law, combined with his communication skills (especially in regards to keeping the client informed and educated about all matters pertaining to their case) was beyond exceptional, his timeliness and punctuality are a breath of fresh air in todays world! HE ACCTUALY ANSEWERS THE PHONE !! And always seems to be two steps in ahead of everything. Aaron actually, spends the needed time to sort thru all discovery and does a thorough and very detailed job in researching all pertaining to your case, because of his knowledge, work ethic, and being so detail oriented he is a great choice for a defense attorney, he just doesn’t miss anything ! I recently needed representation in regards to a DUI case , only because of his expertise, (that a lessor attorney would have missed ) did my case end in DISMISSEL ! Don’t Consider Any Other Attorney!

Aaron will guide you through the process and unequivocally get the best outcome possible for you. Aaron kept my punishment to the minimum, case reduced from extreme dui to a first time regular DUI, jail went from 30 days to 1 night, home detention deleted, fines reduced by $2700 to $1500 base fines ...plus the sort of one night in jail, Aaron had me prepared for court with MADD and classes completed, the judge mentioned this is a good and rare deal, and the court clerk was even shocked everything was done

Mr Black navigated me thru the court system and was able to produce fantastic outcomes Instead of 30 days in jail I got 1! My fines were also minimized. Additionally, I was not put on probation. My EXTREME DUI charge was taken down to a regular. Mr Black was knowledgeable, straight forward and v...ery professional!

DUI down to reckless driving

Someone I trust to handle a difficult case

Aaron is a phenomenal DUI attorney and I’m so happy that I was able to have him on my side during a really difficult time of my life. He came highly recommended by a friend who went through her own DUI last year, and as soon as I first contacted him, Aaron has been nothing but professional, responsiv...e, and easy to work with! I was charged with an extreme DUI last year (my first DUI) and he set proper expectations, kept me in the loop on next steps, and was even proactive on things that I could take care of before my court date to help improve my odds. He was able to successfully reduce the charges to a regular DUI - this was a huge win for me because the jail time went from 30 days to 1 day with no home detention, the interlock device was brought down from 12 months to 6, and my fines were much lower as well. It has been a huge weight off my shoulders to have someone I trust handle my case and I’m thrilled with my decision to work with him! Thank you Aaron!!
