Super extreme Reduced to Extreme dui

Getting a super extreme DUI is definitely nothing someone plans for...I want to give a special thanks to Aaron Black for all of his effort to get me in a better situation then what I was facing. I got referred to Aaron by some excellent lawyers who spoke highly of him. Aaron did a great job of commun...icating with me, got my case reduced from a Super extreme DUI to an extremeDUI, Jail was reduced from 45 days to 30 days, and despite my doubts Aaron never made me a promise he didn’t keep and in the end he was able to get this to 2 days jail and 7 days of home detention. Thank you again for all your effort to help me with my case. Definitely someone to consider!

Just go ahead and hire him today!!!!

I’m sure like most people you never plan on hiring a DUI defense attorney. You do it in the midst of panic, fear, and desperation. You don’t have tons of time to look, and you definitely don’t want to “ask around” since you don’t want your business out for everyone to know. I know this because I’v...e been there. On Christmas Eve 2020, I was hit with an extreme DUI, 8 months after being woke up by Gilbert PD. Long story short, I made a stupid decision to “sleep it off” in my truck. Anyways, since it was during COVID, and things were not operating as normal I didn't even know I was charged. It was all very confusing. I called several attorneys and talked with I’m guessing paralegals or assistants. They all were pretty pessimistic and I felt completely hopeless. Driving is 50% of my profession and as a husband and father the thought of losing my job, was sickening. Then I called Aaron. First, he answered the phone right away! He looked my case up, and he answered a ton of questions. Second, he was not pushy and was super understanding that it was going to take me a few days to get the retainer (like I said, wife, 4 kids, and Christmas Eve) He had me come into his office and went over my case. Once again he answered every question I had and let me know the different possible outcomes. He was honest and upfront. Arizona is brutal when it comes to DUIs so it’s always a long shot, but he was going to try. He gave me all the information I would need during the process. He took care of everything. I did have to get a letter from my boss, which was probably the most stressful part of the whole thing, but in the end, I only had to take 1 day off work for sentencing. This is where it gets exciting. As I said, I was charged with an extreme DUI and was facing an interlock system for up to a year, 10+ days in jail, $2700 in fines, probation, tons of classes, and losing my job. It was bad… really bad. Aaron was able to get the extreme DUI reduced to reckless driving, no interlock, $0 in fines, 5 calendar days in jail (which he set up for two weekends, so I didn’t even miss a day of work), no probation, a 1-day class and saved my job! When I was in sentencing and listening to all the other cases and their plea deals I knew I had made a great choice. Aaron didn’t stop pushing for the best deal up to the very last second. He doesn’t have a problem calling out anything he thinks you can get a better deal on and he tells you exactly what you need to do. Hands down Aaron is a great Attorney! You won't regret having him take care of your case.

The best in the business!

I highly recommend Aaron and wish I retained a lawyer just in case I ever get pulled over for a DUI. I would have been better prepared and been able to consult with him when I had that "one phone call to make". But after getting arrested, I searched around and came across his profile. He is easily... reached by phone, email and text anytime during the day! I researched several lawyers before hiring Aaron. I knew that I did not want to hire a law firm and not know who my lawyer was going to be... so I hired Aaron and he's on my case 100% from start to finish. In regards to my DUI case, Aaron was able to fight my admin per se license suspension and it was dismissed. The cop didn't show, but without a lawyer I would have to accept the suspension. So that was a victory and it allowed my license to be active. On the court side, he helped me reach the best outcome possible. After the case was settled, I still had to deal with a list of to do's to get my driver's license back and fullfill MVD and court requirements. He still helped me 100% even though the case was done. More importantly, he knew by day 31 of my suspension, I am eligible to get my restricted license. When I went to the MVD, they said no it's a 3 month suspension which is absolutely a LIE! The staff at the MVD are incompetent and gave me a BS 10 minute explanation that was totally false. Long story short, Aaron said go to a 3rd party and the 3rd party was able to call it in and have it fixed. Without Aaron, I would have to wait another 2 months before getting my license back. This saved me a of of stress! Hiring Aaron is absolutely worth it especially if it's your first DUI. He will fight for you and he's a straight shooter. He won't feed you BS, he'll tell you honestly and not sugarcoat the truth. I have referred others to him. Hire him, you won't regret it.

DUI

If you are looking for a great attorney Aaron Black is the right guy for you. I recently went through a difficult patch in life and one day drank a little more then attended. I was pulled over and charged for a super extreme DUI. In my case the arresting officer refused to allow me to call a lawyer. ...With this evidence and Aaron’s knowledge of the law he was able to lower my charges significantly with a plea to a regular DUI. My jail time was reduced from 45 days to 1 day and my fines reduced from $3700 to $1900. Also, when the MVD had reported we missed our court date and tried suspending my license for one year without ever informing us of a court date, Aaron took care of that for me on a Sunday submitting the appeal on a Monday. Due to his wisdom this was thrown out by the judge. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer who I felt was there for me throughout the entire life changing process.

Excellent outcome!

We highly recommend Aaron Black as an attorney for a DUI case. We interviewed several attorneys to represent my husband in his DUI case and selected Aaron due to his excellent understanding of the law regarding DUIs, his record for having successful outcomes of the vast majority of his cases and his ...flat price for a simple DUI. Aaron was able to get my husband’s DUI reduced to a reckless driving misdemeanor, eliminating, any jail time, ignition interlock and a much lower fine. He was able to do this by finding issues with the consent to draw blood after an accident after watching hours of bodycam footage. Aaron always kept us updated during the process and provided us with all the information we needed to present the best case.
