Aaron knows the law and will fight hard

I was impressed with Aaron's ability to guide me through all of the different scenarios and options that could occur, or would occur, based on my unique situation. Aaron was able to negotiate the charges down and worked with me to assure that I understood every step. I highly recommend Aaron Black if... you find yourself in a situation that requires criminal legal counsel in Arizona.

For Mr. AAAron Black

About a year ago I put myself into an awkward situation with the law where I complied and admitted guilt to being inebriated while operating a vehicle. My first mistake, was being at the scene when service patrol arrived, my second, was admitting guilt whilst my car was completely inoperable. I doub...t you’ll read this in time when you find yourself in search for a criminal defense attorney, and in the case that you are in need of one. I cannot recommend any better attorney for serious defense cases other than Aaron Black. Should be spelled (triple) AAA-ron because that’s how well he covered my case, even when it seemed as though I gave him a pretty weak standpoint for him to argue on my end. He meticulously fought and represented me in the traditional arts of maritime law and practices. I didn’t even have to show up until the last stand. What can I say? He did what he was supposed to, he got the job done, while impressing both the judge and I at the same time. I went from a DUI with two accounts, possible jail time, interlock, and possibly more. To simply pleading guilty for reckless driving and having to pay minor court fees!! Albeit, its tough to put a price on freedom. The time I spent shopping around for a DA, could’ve been around 4 months in total. But I reached out to Aaron the same morning my police report was given to me, because i found him by searching up. “TOP TEN CRIMINAL OFFENSE ATTORNEYS IN AZ”, and right from the start I could tell he had a genuine interest in doing his job. From the nonchalant demeanor of communicating with him. To the price of his services. Now, I know no one in their right mind likes derailing with the court systems as a defendant, but if I had to go through it all over again, I’d be happy to enlist Aaron Black as my DA all over again. (Just more food for thought) The feds were trying to be sneaky and never sought me out until I presented myself in their court and that’s when I stood against the judge 5 months later from the official police report, and I told them I’d be getting an attorney. After hearing personal stories from all walks of life. I let Aaron know I was choosing him to defend my case. I haven‘t had numerous cases against the feds, but coming from a business background, I have a general understanding how business operates. Our state and federal governments are no more than big businesses, and we will always be there prey. And there is no better attorney for criminal defense cases, than the services and prices of Mr. Black. I know quite a few people who have paid more than what I paid, and received results way worser than what ended up pleading for. If only they knew of Mr. Aaron Black… Thank you AAAron!

DUI

Aaron Black did an outstanding job representing me with the AZ court system. I was referred to Aaron by another lawyer, who recommended him highly. I was charged with a super extreme DUI that got reduced to a regular DUI. I was supposed to serve up to 45 days in jail and that got reduced to one day s...tay overnight. I was supposed to have 11 days of in home detention that reduced to zero days. My fines were supposed to be $3700 that are reduced to $1500 plus jail cost. Aaron had me prepared for court with all of my classes completed. He always gave me straight, no BS answers and was on my side from day one helping me with the numerous questions that I had since I had never dealt with this before. I would highly recommend Aaron Black to anyone that has to deal with a DUI situation.

I just recently closed a case with Aaron and I am happy to report he got my DUI charge dropped to a reckless driving. No jail time, no Interlock device, no drug classes. Everything was reduced or dropped. Aaron was always there when I had questions. I have no problem recommending him to others. ;)

Thanks to Aaron, I can travel to Toronto

Did you know that a US citizen cannot enter Canada with a DUI conviction on his or her record? That is only one small reason to hire Aaron M Black, PLLC, if you've been pulled over for any kind of violation. In my case, my constitutional rights were blatantly violated by an overly-aggressive polic...e department (no hyperbole there considering the DOJ is probing the Phoenix PD's jackboot tactics like an alien abductee). In lesser hands, this fact may have gotten buried and not come to light. Instead, I was fortunate enough to have hired Aaron M Black. Aaron deftly took the salient facts of the case and, applied like an efficacious bug repellent, sprayed the light of justice on the State's flawed case. The motion Aaron wrote and put before the court was simply a 12-page thing of detailed, razor-sharp beauty. My case was summarily dismissed and I am free to travel to Canada or any other country around the world that refuses entry to those convicted of a DUI. Thanks so much, Aaron!!!!.
