Excellent Attorney - My Extreme DUI down to a Regular DUI

I got myself into some trouble with the law while driving intoxicated. You know ~ You think you’re okay to drive but really are not. Breathalyzer .19, blood also came back as .19 - Extreme DUI. I knew I was in big trouble. When searching for a DUI attorney I interviewed several high-end firms, I d...idn’t feel comfortable with any of them in their high-rise buildings & too many attorney’s walking around. A friend of mine had some other attorney friends, and she asked them who they recommend for a DUI attorney. They all said Aaron Black will do the best job for you. When I interviewed Aaron, I also had my brother on the 3-way call just so I have another opinion. My brother and I felt very comfortable with Aaron and felt he would do the best job. Aaron kept me very informed on every process, he was always accessible through email or text. Aaron would also call me and leave messages with all the updates. The results after my final court date: 1. Aaron brought my Extreme DUI charge down to a regular DUI charge. 2. Aaron had me prepared for court with the completion of alcohol classes & screening and because of this, the Judge waived $600.00 in jail fees. 3. Jail went from 30 days to 1 night. 4. Home detention deleted. 5. Base fines were reduced from $2700. to $1500. I was extremely happy with the results. Thank you Aaron, for all the work you have done on my case. I definitely recommend the Law Office of Aaron M. Black, PLLC. He did an amazing job.

The absolute best of the best!

Aaron Black is hands down the absolute BEST attorney I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few.) If you are looking for an incredibly competent, knowledgable, trustworthy lawyer - he is the one! Aaron helped me in the very difficult situation with the law. He was able to get my case... reduced from a second time extreme DUI (120 straight days in jail) to a first time extreme, jail went from 120 days to 15 days, reduced fine, community service etc. I was able to work with Aaron directly (he did not hand my case off to an associate, like other attorneys sometimes do.) He was upfront and honest with me from the get go and was always reachable and called/emailed back promptly. If you ever find yourself making a mistake and ending up in an unfortunate circumstance, you will want Aaron in your corner. He will fight tooth and nail to provide you with the best outcome possible, which is so incredibly helpful in personal stressful situations like these. I am forever thankful beyond words for how much Aaron Black helped me. You really need an attorney like him when going through such circumstances. I cannot thank Aaron enough for not only helping me out so much, but for being an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney! Great lawyer

Aaron Black is an amazing lawyer that helped me feel more confident navigating the DUI process. I had an extreme DUI, open container, and phone use while driving charge. He was able to get a plea for me as a regular DUI. I was also extremely embarrassed about my DUI and he did not make me feel asham...ed for the crime. Super helpful overall and I would recommend. BAD situations call for a GOOD lawyer!!!

I found Aaron via searching the Super Lawyers website for a DUI attorney because I knew that’s exactly what I needed! I was charged with a DUI and refused the breathalyzer, so I was at risk of having my license suspended for a year. There’s nothing better than having an attorney who is straightfor...ward, understands the severity of your situation and asks you just to let him handle it. That was difficult for me initially, because I had never been in this type of situation in my life and I was desperate but Aaron explained to me in detail how the law works and that he would have to investigate every aspect of the incident and arrest to find a good resolution to the case. After discovery, he identified that opportunity when he uncovered that some GPS data had been destroyed. This led to Aaron being able to negotiate a plea to reckless driving, the DUI charge was dismissed, no jail time, no license suspension, and no ignition interlock requirement. In addition, Aaron won the initial Administrative License Revocation (ALR) hearing which prevented me from losing my driver's license automatically for one year due to refusing the breathalyzer. BAD situations call for a GOOD lawyer and I’m here to tell you that AARON BLACK is it!!!

Aaron is a hero !

I found Aaron by Google search and saw such awesome reviews, that are very much earned. He dealt with all court dates up until the very last one. He went through all police reports and body cam footage in great detail. Aaron was always honest and straight forward with every possibility that could hap...pen. He listened to my concerns and always answered any question I had about the process. He was able to reduce my 2nd DUI charge to reckless driving. Including being able to remove the 90 day’s in jail, 1 year MVD suspension, home detention, and 1 year revocation completely. My fines were lessened by $3,000. Definitely recommend going with him over anyone else!
