This clown has miss represent me, worst one of the bunch he only files what he wants even if you specifically ask to do so. When confronted about this he got defensive and said to feel free to represent myself very unprofessional. He should to go back to law school maybe pick up a few things he m...issed, there’s plenty of great attorneys in the area to choose wish I could give him no stars what he deserves

Mr. Lockhart was my brother's appointed attorney and from day one until now which is 4 months later he has never sat down with my brother and discussed the case. He has never once asked him what happened or if he was guilty or innocent. When you call him he never returns your calls, nor responds to... emails from you and the courts. He rarely shows up or don't come at all for court proceedings. I can't believe that Mr. Lockhart is still practicing law. I wish I had my Due Diligence on him and we wouldn't be in this predicament.

I had David Lockhart as an attorney. I new nothing about the law and was being accused of criminal damage.The person that called the police was playing the victim and twisted the whole story around. David Lockhart was my appointed attorney and made me feel like he did not want to hear my side of ...the story: I say this because when I was through with telling him all he had to say is "OK well what do you want to do because you cant claim self defense" because I was guilty! What I was saying was" not stated in the report". Dose not matter what was on report he should of paid attention to what i had to say. He convinced me to take a plea bargain and when I decided to change my mind he got very angry with me. Told me " You are wasting my time." Then stormed out of court with not another word to say. I could not believe it! He was not in any way professional , was very rude. All I know is I have another court date, don't have money for a lawyer, have an attorney on non- speaking terms!
