Incredible lawyer hands down

Rich Peters and his staff did an excellent job representing myself and my case. He is driven go-getter, incredibly organized, very resourceful, has great attention to detail, great analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and an overall attitude and understanding that helped me win my case against gran...dparent visitation. Couldn't have asked for anything more, and am very thankful he was there for me during this time. I would highly recommend him to friends, family, and anybody would needs guidance and advice that obtains results.

Not what I expected

Hired this attorney for family matters. I felt he did not do enough research to properly prepare for this case. Was energetic at first and as time went , felt like he was not doing enough to get what was needed. Did not follow through on some things that were talked about. Had to correct some billi...ng errors. Most of my fees went to electronic communications. In the end trial date was scheduled on a commitment date he had (he did not catch this until later) and I chose to move forward with his assisting attorney, big mistake.

I was glad that I had Mr. Peters as my attorney. He is experienced and knowledgeable with custody and family matters. He fought for me and helped get me through this tough time. Mr. Peters and his office staff were very helpful and caring.
