Professional and compassionate

Nik Boca represented me in a termination of parental rights case. A process that is scary, nerve wracking and complicated. Once I decided to go forward with my case I contacted Cantor Law Group. Right from the initial consultation with Nik I trusted him. He didn’t “sugarcoat” my chances. He didn’t m...ake any guarantees. What he does is speak honestly and with knowledge. He is extremely professional and kind. As my case moved along my opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed. The whole process of going to trial was very nerve wracking and Nik did a great job at putting me at ease. He did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for better. Outstanding Attorney

Nik Boca is an OUTSTANDING Attorney. He is extremely passionate about his clients. We hired him for representation for two seperate cases.Throughout our cases Nik has always let us know what’s going on, what our options are, and we have rolled with it because we trust his ability to get things done. ...Nik has always been easy to get ahold of by phone and through email. Definitely an Advocate for Your Best Interests

So we had a complicated situation where I wanted to adopt my "step-daughter" (I hate using those words) and I had previously utilized Cantor Law for some other matters. My wife and I scheduled an initial appointment, everything was good and retained services the next week. Having the paternal right...s severed or even getting a signed document stating that he would allow the adoption we knew would be tricky. Had it not been for Nik, I honestly don't think that would have happened. He was on it and then at Christmas he sent us the signed order that the adoption was not going to be contested and that he would waive all rights! Score! Now the only thing that came up that ultimately was just bad timing was that the eldest child needed a fingerprint clearance card for the adoption to go through and the state of AZ made that process crazy at first then super easy at the end. While we were frustrated, Nik was able to calm the waters so we could get to the end goal. I am happy to say that as of last week, the adoption was finalized and ironically enough, our daughter is now saying she wants to be an attorney to help families and kids. So needless to say, we are thrilled. Save yourself some headache, hire someone who knows what they are doing and that person is Nik. Thanks again man, we truly appreciate it!

Amazing

We went to see Nik about temenating my daughters fathers rights at cantor law. She is 9 he hasn’t talked to her in 9 years. So this wasn’t evil doing. He also is doing my daughters adoption so she can take on her fathers last name and for my family to have security. I’m so glad we went with him. He a...nswers all my questions and works hand and hand with me. Highly recommend him. He is honest and straight forward.

More then what I could have asked for

I am hopeful that in leaving this review it will help anyone in the same situation I was find an answer! Hiring Nic Boca was the best decision I have ever made! I hired Mr. Boca to assist me in terminating the parent rights of my sons biological father whom hasn't been involved with my son for years.... Mr. Boca was attentive to every detail in my case he had experience in the juvenile court and was familiar with the judge and how they worked. Mr. Boca aligned his goals with those of mine and my families and was sincere about it! He kept me up to date and let me know exactly what he needed from me and what I needed to do! Needless to say he won my case and my family and I can finally be complete and move forward with adoption! I interviewed with several lawyers all over Phoenix. Any one you choose you will be spending money ...they are attorneys right... some you will pay more for a retainer and less hourly some more hourly and less as a retainer! I can say that Nic Boca and The Cantor Law Group never had me wondering where my money was going and had more then fair rate for the amazing level of service and treatment I received. They were most definitely worth every single dollar!! Nic was the 1st attorney I consulted with he left a great impression and made me feel like I could trust him and it turns out I truly could! If you are looking for an attorney in Juvinile or Family issues Cantor Law Group is the real deal!
