A Beast in the courtroom

Nik did an amazing job Presenting the facts and asking crictical questions in the courtroom. I was awarded custody of my son because him and his team. He is a very aggressive lawyer and definitely the one you want on your side. I was moved to two different states during the process, however he was no...t deterred nor did he let that get in the way of timely communication. Lastly, he is very efficient with his time. Nik and the team at Cantor are the kind of people that care about their job and doing the right thing.

Best Family Law Attorney!

I could not have asked for a better attorney than Nik Boca. I was seeking full legal custody and out of state relocation with my children. Nik took on my case in full confidence and he delivered! Nik truly went above and beyond to help me understand every question I had during this process. And belie...ve you me, I had A LOT of questions. He never made me feel like he was too busy to answer my questions or pick up the phone and call me. There were numerous times Nik could tell I was on the verge of a breakdown based on my massive list of questions in email. He didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call me and thoroughly walk me through all of my concerns. Before court Nik sat me down and talked to me about the possible outcomes. They weren't all in our favor, but it helped get my expectations ready for whatever the judge was going to say. In the end, I was awarded everything I asked for and even more. I was blown away at the level of service Nik provided me during this 9+ month process. I was on an emotional roller coaster and Nik was always there to help calm me down and remind me why I started this journey and my end goals. I highly recommend Nik to anyone, you won't regret your decision one bit.

One of the Best Family Lawyers in Phoenix, AZ

I hired Nik for my complicated divorce case. I am very pleased with his handling my case through divorce process. During my divorce process, I was out of U.S. and I didn't need to be at home for the divorce. Nik handled my case very well. Nik has negotiation talent, good paper talent, knowledgeable ...and experienced family lawyer. Beside his mentioned talents and hard working lawyer, I found him as a superior negotiator skilled lawyer that I feel I have been treated fairly during my divorce process. While I was out of U.S. for my divorce, Nik took care of all my legal questions immediately via email and phone. I am glad that I hired Nik.

More then what I could have asked for

I am hopeful that in leaving this review it will help anyone in the same situation I was find an answer! Hiring Nic Boca was the best decision I have ever made! I hired Mr. Boca to assist me in terminating the parent rights of my sons biological father whom hasn't been involved with my son for years.... Mr. Boca was attentive to every detail in my case he had experience in the juvenile court and was familiar with the judge and how they worked. Mr. Boca aligned his goals with those of mine and my families and was sincere about it! He kept me up to date and let me know exactly what he needed from me and what I needed to do! Needless to say he won my case and my family and I can finally be complete and move forward with adoption! I interviewed with several lawyers all over Phoenix. Any one you choose you will be spending money ...they are attorneys right... some you will pay more for a retainer and less hourly some more hourly and less as a retainer! I can say that Nic Boca and The Cantor Law Group never had me wondering where my money was going and had more then fair rate for the amazing level of service and treatment I received. They were most definitely worth every single dollar!! Nic was the 1st attorney I consulted with he left a great impression and made me feel like I could trust him and it turns out I truly could!
