Road trip trouble

Justin stayed on top of my case and charges and was able to get the best case scenario for me. While passing through UT, I called 911 to report being threatened by a man who possibly had a firearm, while we were staying at a cabin near Cedar city. Of course because I look like I’m in my twenties (I’m... nearly 40!), the cop turned the situation around on me, threatened me, my spouse, and our friends cabin and forced us to produce a very small amount of medical marijuana. Long story short, Justin was able to reduce my sentence to a hearty fine and 6months probation. UT is notorious for slamming people for minor infractions like this. Notice how they didn’t care that we were threatened on our own private property, with a weapon (held the gun behind his back), forgot to mention that the medical marijuana was help in my wife’s make up bag, while she stated it was hers, and I was the one sighted for it. So in summation, stay out of UT. But if you happen to get screwed while your passing through and need an aggressive, thoughtful, experienced attorney, Justin is you man.

Pit bull

Tenacious, knowledgeable, helpful. He went to bat for us, and got a great outcome! Since then, we've referred several people who got the help they needed, in a timely fashion. I'd definitely use him again!

Justin Heideman comes HIGHLY recommended!

My family is under contract with 'renters' to purchase our parents property. After six months of no payments or communication from the 'renters', I filed a complaint ProSe with the District Court. The legal docs went back and forth between us and them for several months. The 'renters' had appa...rently ran a title search on the property and discovered a lien attached from the State. After our mother had passed away, four years prior, medicare had put a lien on the property, without any notice to our family. The 'renters' had discovered this and instead of notifying us, they simply quit paying the payments. At this point, we had decided that things were getting too complicated to handle on our own. That is when we hired Justin Heideman. He communicated with the 'renters' attorney and things began to happen. Mr. Heideman was able to get the lien released from the State, something that should have taken up to six weeks and took only a few days, and was basically an impossible task. Because the lien was the basis of the 'renters' counterclaim, Justin got us all the back rent payments, back taxes, and a portion of his attorneys fees paid by them. I would highly recommend Justin Heideman for any complicated legal issue. He has teeth and he makes things happen. He is very professional in his dealings and does what he says he will do, something not all attorneys do. I will definetly retain him in the future if necessary,

One of the best attorneys out there!
