This Team will Get it Done..Justin is AMAZING..SMART and HONEST

Thank God we found Justin and He WON Big for me and my sisters. The Stress of our fight with Family members was causing pain for all of us. Justin dug right in and studied all the Laws that applied to our case. He is a Master Orator, Skilled and Eloquent....A funny and Kind Family Man. Justin simply takes care of problems. He knows what he’s doing and gets results.

We’ve used Heideman’s firm for years, from estate planning to defense and business litigation. He’s always been upfront about the odds and best avenue of approach in every detail. He wins cases and is fun to watch in action. I appreciate what his firm has done for our businesses over the years.

Look no further! Knowledgeable. Creative. Aggressive.

In reviewing a lot of attorneys to work on a 20+ year old case for me I decided upon working with Heideman & Associates. Pairing up and working with both Justin Heideman and Justin Elswick has been such a relief. They are both willing to talk face-to-face or over the phone whenever there were questio...ns or to obtain a status update on the case.  It was great to review my case with them and to listen to both Justin’s brainstorm on various approaches to finally resolve this difficult case. They quickly dug into the case and came up with several approaches. In working with the other party, Justin and Justin knew which approach would be best and were aggressive to quickly push for a resolution which was just incredible. Great work and would highly recommend them!

Justin is what every person who hires a lawyer wants: honest, bullish but ethical, experienced with proven results.

I hired Justin Heideman and Associates in July 2019. He is currently (June 2020) negotiating a settlement with one of the largest construction companies in Utah. This case was truly David vs Goliath. Justin is (in my opinion) one of the best attorneys on two fronts 1) Great negotiator 2) top notch in... the court room on his feet. He’s prepared when confronting opposing counsel or in a court room. I’ll be more specific, he doesn’t fumble through notes in front of the judge when presenting my case. Justin has been fair in his rates and understood (currently understands) my limited funds vs the other sides unlimited funds. To be clear, he is using my money wisely where he thinks best, not filing costly motions just because he can. Justin literally has my future in his hands and he knows it. This construction company I sued has destroyed me because they say “it’s just business and they can”. Regardless of the final dollar amount I receive, I know Justin has used every angle, law, and negotiating experience to reach the settlement. If you’ve received a negative result in your case, Justin is a fantastic appellate attorney. Do your research into his background and cases he’s appealed. Owning your own business for 25 years you have a chance to meet attorneys, watch them on their feet, and see results. I recommend Heideman and Associates for any contract dispute.
